HELLO, my name is Maria gracia I booked a room at quality inn *** E St Chula Vista, ca I checked in about *:** pm I got the room everything was dirty outside., even the Pool. I understand my policy is non refundable non everything, the room was disgustingly dirty, the bed shirt was stained and dirty, the bed covers were stained and discolored, the toilet was black and dirty and scratched. The tablespoon were dusty and with bottle marks as in dirty, I felt uncomfortable, I talked to the person in charge at the moment, she checked and she said it was just stained. I did this reservation online at Priceline.com . I payed about ***$ for the two nights. I would expect a redound or better service , a clean room, the lady said she would try her best to try to change me to a better room if there was any cancelations, it’s *:** I still don’t get a call back. Really bad experience.
