Help with my Quality Inn issue

I stayed at the quality inn I. Spokane wa on may * and paid in cash.. but on a few days later I discover*d that they had taken ***.dollars fro. My account. I reached out to the hotel and told me it was for damaged bed sheets. I can honestly tell you there was nothing wrong with the bedding when we left. I shared a room with my grandson and his girl friend. When I told them this they hung up on me. When we checked in the manager was so rude and unhelpful... we had to stay because there was no where else to stay. They was a major event in town.. I really need help on this issue. My email is *****@***.com there was no reason for him to take ***.from my account... there was no damage .. I am so frustrated
GetHuman-jmgross did not yet indicate what Quality Inn should do to make this right.
