Booking Ref: M2UBN3 I need assistance with my booking change. Originally scheduled for April 24th with a 4.5-hour layover in Doha, it has been moved to April 25th with an 8+ hour layover. Due to this, I had to cancel a connecting flight from Denver to Dallas. Is there any compensation available like paying for a hotel accommodation if I choose to stick with my original flight on the 24th? I encountered an issue with Qatar Airways regarding excess baggage fees when I called Customer Service today. I was disappointed to learn I couldn't save money on excess baggage due to connecting flights with another airline for my trip, which was not previously communicated. I had upgraded from Economy to Business Class mainly for the more generous baggage allowance. Now, I am contemplating reverting to Economy as the one-way flight from Atlanta to Kigali will cost me $[redacted] with the excess baggage charge. Going back to Economy would reduce the cost to $[redacted].

I made a flight reservation with Qatar Airways a year ago through the StudentUniverse website. They provided a credit that has now expired, and I am unable to travel due to visa and health issues. I have reached out to StudentUniverse to extend the refund, but they mentioned they can't do so until Qatar approves it. Booking Number: DHBPRV Dear StudentUniverse, Due to visa complications and the Omicron variant, travel is not feasible for the next 1 to 2 years. Could you please either reimburse the funds, allow me to use the credits for domestic flights, or extend the credit expiration for 2 to 3 years? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, considering the challenges posed by COVID and travel restrictions. I look forward to your reply and wish you happy holidays.

Dear Mr. Akbar Al Baker, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that I recently faced when attempting to travel to Qatar with Qatar Airways. As an Afghan national, I was under the impression that I could obtain a visa upon arrival for a leisure trip to Doha. My travel agent coordinated everything, including booking a 7-day package and a quarantine stay. I had all the necessary documents, including a Johnson & Johnson vaccine and PCR test. However, upon arrival in Doha on February 26th, I was denied entry due to not having a visa. Subsequently, Qatar Airways in Karachi charged my agent an ADM fee of RS [redacted],[redacted] against my ticket. I believe this charge was unfair, as I followed the information provided to me by Qatar Airways staff. I kindly request your assistance in waiving this ADM fee as it is a significant burden for me, coming from a middle-class background. I have reached out multiple times to the complaints center but have not received a satisfactory response. I am looking to book a flight from CCU to PHX with Qatar Airways. The departure date is 29/04/[redacted], and the return from the USA to India (PHX - CCU) is on 26/06/[redacted]. My Indian passport is expiring in August [redacted], but the visa is valid until [redacted]. I have a few questions: 1) Do I need to worry about the "6-month validity rule" for passports? My passport will expire in 4 months when I return from the USA, will this affect my travel to Doha and the USA? 2) What is the process for obtaining a transit visa for Doha? 3) I will be traveling with an 11-year-old US citizen who resides in India. Due to COVID vaccination requirements in India, she might not be vaccinated by our travel date. What are the COVID rules for her in this situation? I recently traveled with Qatar Airways in December from Montreal to Nairobi. Unfortunately, I experienced a difficult situation while on the flight to Doha as a pregnant traveler. I requested assistance due to feeling unwell but was denied help and later removed from the aircraft with my carry-on luggage. During my layover, I vomited and ultimately missed my connecting flight. To make matters worse, upon my return from Nairobi to Montreal, I had excess baggage. When I declined to pay the additional fee, the Qatar manager became angry and treated me disrespectfully. Upon arrival in Montreal, I discovered that my suitcase had been tampered with, resulting in the theft of valuable items, including [redacted] grams of gold, two REDMEi phones, and various other belongings. I am seeking a complete refund for the damages incurred, reimbursement for the stolen items, compensation for the flight disruption, and a formal apology for the mistreatment.

I am requesting a refund for my mother's flight from CMB to MSN on April 3rd on Qatar Airways. The flight from CMB to DOH (QR659) was delayed, causing her to miss the connecting flight to ORD (QR725). She had to endure a 15-hour wait in DOH for the next flight to ORD (QR723). Upon arrival in ORD, there was no connecting flight to MSN, so I had to drive to pick her up, missing work meetings and incurring expenses for gas and tolls. This experience was stressful and exhausting for both of us. I am seeking a refund for the return ticket due to the hardships faced as a result of the flight delay.

I am inquiring about my missing luggage with booking reference WTBTFA. A claim was filed under EBB[redacted] by Cynthia M. upon landing in Entebbe on April 6th. We were assured our baggage would arrive within 24 hours; however, it has not, causing us significant inconvenience. We are lacking necessary clothes and valuables. Please provide clear information on the whereabouts and expected arrival time of our suitcase. It was supposed to arrive in Entebbe on April 7th at 4pm on flight QR1383, as informed by the baggage claim office at the airport, but it did not. We are seeking compensation due to the poor service and communication provided in this matter.

During my recent trip to Morocco on the 19th of April, my flight from Marrakech to Casablanca was unexpectedly canceled, causing me to endure a burdensome journey to catch my connecting flights to Doha and then Nairobi. During my recent flight from Doha to Dublin with my toddler and 4-month-old baby and my partner, there was confusion as we were not seated together. I was placed in the aisle seat at the bassinet location, while my partner and daughter were seated by the window. This caused significant distress as I had to manage both children alone without my partner's assistance. The situation was incredibly stressful, and I received no explanation for the seating arrangement. Additionally, the staff on the flight were unhelpful and impolite. My daughter experienced a delay in receiving her meal, being the last child to be served despite repeated requests. This experience was disappointing and frustrating for our family.

I had a flight with Qatar Airways, PNR 5UQLHN, from Dhaka to Monrovia. Unfortunately, upon my arrival in Monrovia on April 26th, my two bags were missing at Robert International Airport. I encountered delays with my initial flight, QR [redacted] from Dhaka to Qatar on April 24th, which caused me to miss my connecting flight, QR [redacted] from Doha to Abidjan on April 25th. My ticket was rebooked, and I took QR [redacted] from Doha to Addis Ababa on April 25th at 19:15 GMT. In Qatar, I was informed that my bags would be sent to Monrovia. Upon reaching Addis Ababa, a Qatar Airways representative assured me my luggage would be forwarded to Monrovia. I then traveled on flight ET935 from Addis Ababa to Abidjan on April 26th. In Abidjan, my flight was changed to ASKY (PNR LTDREU), and I flew from Abidjan to Monrovia. Despite this journey, my bags have not arrived. I seek assistance in locating my missing luggage.

I traveled with Qatar Airways from Dhaka to Monrovia on April 24th, with connecting flights through Doha and Addis Ababa due to delays. Despite assurances from Qatar Airways staff at both airports, my two bags did not arrive with me in Monrovia. Hello, I am reaching out to discuss my recent trip to Abu Dhabi using your airline services. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed in the handling of my lost luggage issue and the lack of communication. Upon arrival in Abu Dhabi on March 22nd, my partner and I discovered that our bags did not make it with us. Booking Reference: M8H3CC I am deeply dissatisfied and disappointed. I specifically chose Qatar Airways for my husband and myself due to the QSuite. I preferred Qatar Airways over Emirates solely because of the QSuite feature. Unfortunately, last week QSuite was removed from the DOH to BLR route. I am writing to report that my three suitcases were badly damaged during my trip from Miami to Karachi. I informed the Karachi office of the issue, but they are refusing to accept the claim since it was reported more than 7 days later. This is an exceptional circumstance as my wife was ill, and we were unable to report it immediately. I apologize for the delay as I was not aware of the 7-day reporting rule. I kindly request that this situation be treated as an exception given the circumstances. We are frequent flyers and have been disappointed with the service at the Karachi office. Due to my wife's illness, I cannot afford this loss and require the suitcases for my upcoming travel back to the USA. I also believe that Mr. Rahat in the Karachi office needs better training in handling customer issues to prevent further reputation damage to the organization. Hello, I am Animesh Tripathi, a first officer at Nepal Airlines. During my flight QR703 from Doha Qatar to New York, I was heading to Florida for my type rating training. Unfortunately, upon reaching my hotel room, I discovered that several items were missing from my luggage, including a Bose A20 pilot headset, my ATP and commercial pilot radio license certification, $[redacted] in cash, my uniform, and my prayer mats. As a pilot, losing my certifications is a serious matter that is affecting my current training.
