I unknowingly interacted with an agency that charged an exorbitant fee for a simple modification, leading to frustration. Seeking clarification, I contacted Qatar Airways customer support and after a long wait, I was informed that the agency was fraudulent. The representative assured me that no additional fees should have been charged. I recently joined the privilege club with membership number [redacted]58 but found that my personal information was incorrect and couldn't be edited. As a result, I tried to book a flight under another person's name. However, I encountered issues when attempting to pay for the booking as I kept receiving error messages, causing the price to increase significantly when I tried to rebook at a later time. I kindly request to have the flight booked at the initial price since the problem was not on my end. Furthermore, after making the payment, my account didn't reflect the transaction, leading me to consider deleting my account to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, I encountered difficulties trying to delete the account due to persistent errors on the app. I would appreciate it if my profile could be updated accordingly. Lastly, despite being 32 and planning to continue my education until I turn 60, the pandemic disrupted my studies for the past two years. I am interested in joining the student club. After struggling to find clear information on Qatar Airways' website and having difficulties viewing it on a mobile device, I realized that my e-ticket did not mention the baggage weight limit. When discussing this issue with customer support, they directed me to a link that was not easy to navigate on my phone. It seems that Qatar Airways should have made the baggage policies clearer in general, especially for mobile users. I hope they can offer me a refund for any overcharge due to this confusion and update their website to be more mobile-friendly. My daughter C Aditi, an international student, was en route to Toronto via Cairo and unfortunately hasn't received her luggage. Despite traveling from India to Cairo with Qatar Airways and being assured her luggage would reach Toronto Pearson Airport, she hasn't received any updates. Numerous attempts to contact them have been futile, causing her significant inconvenience and distress. The lack of response to her emails is disappointing and reflects poorly on Qatar Airways. Despite having the Property Irregularity Report, Toronto airport officials have been unhelpful due to missing reference numbers or guidance from Qatar Airways. Please provide the baggage tag or World Tracer number promptly to aid her retrieval efforts. While the laboratories in Qatar are recognized by the MoPH Qatar, none are issuing certificates confirming recognition alongside PCR test results upon request. In light of this, I am seeking to conduct my PCR test at a private laboratory in Qatar. These private laboratories are recognized by the MoPH Qatar, and the verification document indicating government recognition is accessible on the MoPH Qatar website. On September 6th, I flew from MAA to DOHA then DOHA to ATL on the USA QR [redacted] flight. Unfortunately, upon opening my suitcases on September 12th, I discovered that two of them were damaged, impacting the glass and china packed inside. The broken glass caused injuries that required medical attention and incurred expenses. This incident has caused me great inconvenience and distress. My name is Dr. J.I., a USA passport holder who has used Queer Air for various trips since [redacted], including ATL flights. While my outbound trip on August 25th was satisfactory, the return journey on August 27th was a nightmare due to poor service and discomfort caused by fellow passengers without masks or face shields.

Despite my efforts to locate the missing suitcase, it has not been recovered. This incident has caused distress as it contained personal belongings of my wife. After registering 6 bags at JFK, only 5 were received at Dubai Airport. Following the necessary procedures and filing a claim with the baggage office, the airline failed to locate the missing luggage within the required timeframe. I had a travel issue with Qatar Air yesterday, September 27th, bound for the UK. At the airport, we were asked to fill out a locator form. However, as we were in the process, the manager prevented us from boarding despite pleas from other staff. This caused inconvenience and wasted time and money on my journey from Gombe State to Abuja. I had connecting flights in the UK that are now all disrupted. I urge the management to address this promptly, change my booking for immediate travel, and address the behavior of the Abuja manager. I have reservations with Qatar Airways from Boston to Bangalore with a 24-hour layover in Doha. I attempted to access the "Stopover" feature online to benefit from the discounted hotel offer but was unsuccessful. Despite making several calls to customer service and finally speaking with a representative, they were not familiar with the offer. My wife and I had booked flights to the USA via Doha for mid-October. As B1/B2 visa holders, we faced travel restrictions due to NIE regulations and were unable to fly, being returned home by officials in the Bangalore Terminal. I misplaced my large red Samsonite bag on November 1, [redacted], at JFK airport. Confirmation # PJRI4D Hello, Our upcoming flight from Washington Dulles airport to Dubai on 1 January [redacted] has a new requirement for a Rt-PCT test to be taken within 24 hours of travel. We are inquiring if Qatar Airways provides the required testing facility at the airport (or can suggest one) to accommodate our travel needs. As our departure falls between the afternoon of December 31st and January 1st when most places are closed, we are anxious about fulfilling the testing requirement in time. Additionally, we have received all our Covid-19 vaccinations, including the first and second shots and the booster. Hello, I wanted to double-check my booking details for my flight from Bangalore to Philadelphia via Doha. I used my student membership to book with a burgundy color. I believe students are allowed an extra 23 kg of baggage on top of the standard allowance of two 23 kg bags and one 7 kg cabin bag. So, just confirming, is the total baggage allowance 69 kg in this case, along with a 7 kg cabin bag? I've also heard of instances where Qatar Airways doesn't permit the extra 23 kg for students.
