Hello, I purchased 2 round-trip tickets from Portland (USA) to Belgrade (Serbia). The return flight was originally scheduled for Wednesday the 14th but has been changed to Tuesday the 13th. The return journey is Belgrade - Doha - Seattle - Portland. All the flights have been moved one day earlier, except the last one (Seattle - Portland). Passengers are required to wait 24 hours at the airport in Seattle for their flight. We kindly request to have that last flight rescheduled or cancelled and refunded (if there are no available flights similar to the original return schedule, we would opt to rent a car and drive to Portland). I am seeking guidance regarding Qatar Airways travel from Bangkok to Stockholm next week. Despite confirming Swedish government regulations exempt Swedish citizens and resident foreigners from providing negative Covid-19 test results, Qatar Airways emails suggest otherwise. Concerned about potential last-minute demands at check-in, we are unsure if the airline will mandate a negative test regardless of Swedish regulations. Given the ambiguity in their communications, we fear being caught off guard and facing issues at the airport due to missing tests. I recently received an email notifying me of a schedule change for my flight ticket booked a few days ago. Following that, I received a subsequent email stating that the flight was canceled. I recently booked a flight through ASAP Travel Agency with Quatar Airways from Dulles, Washington D.C. to Cebu Mactan airport for July. Over the past 3 weeks, there have been multiple flight changes resulting in a cancellation just 2 days before departure. This sudden change has caused significant inconvenience as we had taken time off work and had family waiting for us. This lack of reliability and consideration towards customers is unacceptable. I booked a flight with Qatar Airlines and had to change my return flight due to a cancellation. I had selected and paid for preferred seating with my initial reservation, but now I need a refund for that and to select preferred seating for the new return flight. I've tried contacting their customer service multiple times with long hold times and no answer. Local airport customer service numbers all seem to route to the same unresponsive line. I have read that an Employment ID card is required at check-in. Due to the current COVID-19 situation in Thailand, the medical council is closed, and I am unable to renew my expired MD card. Hello, I am a Nepali citizen who recently traveled to India for a US visa interview since the US embassy in Nepal is not fully operational. I returned to Nepal on 15th July and have a flight to the US with a layover in Qatar on 30th July. I just found out that travelers who have been in India in the last 14 days are not allowed to transit through Qatar. By the time I depart on 30th July, it will be 16 days since I left India, but I am concerned about how the days are counted. I arrived from India on 15th July. Can I transit through Qatar on 30th July? Also, when should I get my RT-PCR test done? If there is an issue, I may need to change my flight. I am anxious to know if I can proceed with my travel plans on 30th July.

I traveled with the PNR 67LVLD and am seeking clarification on the total amount spent on our trip. Due to a flight cancellation from Chicago to Islamabad on July 10, [redacted], rescheduled for July 16, we were billed Pak. Rs [redacted],[redacted].00 by our agent. Regrettably, we were unable to board the flight due to not having an RT-PCR test, despite presenting a PCR test conducted by a reputable lab, Walgreens in the USA. To our surprise, we learned at another lab that a PCR test and an RT-PCR test are synonymous terms used by medical professionals. We were compelled to repeat the tests, costing us an additional $[redacted] USD and Pak. Rs [redacted],[redacted].00. I need assistance with my upcoming travel plans. My travel date is August 2nd, and I have been fully vaccinated with my second dose received on June 30th. I am a permanent resident of Canada currently residing in India and holding Indian citizenship. I intend to return to Canada on Aug 2nd with a 6-hour transit in DOHA. I am unsure if I will need to quarantine at a hotel upon my arrival in DOHA as I do not have a transit visa for the UK. I will have a negative COVID PCR test from India before boarding my flight. Can I get a COVID test at the airport without leaving the premises? I am looking for information on rapid testing facilities at the airport as Canada requires passengers to present a negative PCR test result before entry.

My family's original travel plan from Brunei to Sudan via Kuala Lumpur got disrupted due to Covid-19. After rescheduling through Jakarta, it was canceled again. Qatar Airways then arranged a return trip via Hong Kong, but as Sudanese nationals, they need a transit visa, which takes 4 weeks to obtain. With only 4 days until the flight, they requested a reroute through Kuala Lumpur, which doesn't require a transit visa. Qatar Airways rejected this change, despite having initially directed them to transit through Hong Kong, where they can't obtain the necessary visa in time.
