Subject: Request to Cancel Return Ticket for Mr. Bahram Hojati and Mrs. Iran Tavakoli Dear Customer Service, I am reaching out regarding my father, Mr. Bahram Hojati's return ticket with my mother from Dulles Airport in Washington DC to IKA. Unfortunately, my father has fallen ill and is currently under doctor's supervision for a stomach problem. The doctor has scheduled his next check-up for May 24, [redacted], after which he will determine if my father is fit to fly back on his return ticket. Given my father's health condition and his age of 85, I kindly request the cancellation of their return ticket until we have a clear permit from the doctor to travel. I have attached the doctor's note issued today for your reference. Could you please confirm the cancellation of their flight and provide details on when we can rebook their travel at a later date? Additionally, I would appreciate knowing the deadline for rescheduling the booking. Thank you for your assistance. Warm regards, Shohreh Hojati

I recently attended the Cabin Crew Recruitment for Qatar Airways in Karachi on 20-04-[redacted]. During the process, one recruiter was friendly and handed me a paper for the next day's interview procedures. However, another recruiter interrupted, and I was interviewed again by her at another table. She mentioned that she would contact me via email or phone, as per my CV. I am confused as to why the first recruiter selected me for the next day's interview but the second recruiter intervened. I am also concerned that I did not receive the promised email for the next steps. Any guidance on this would be appreciated. Thank you.

Given the current situation in Sri Lanka, I am looking to depart as quickly as possible. Several countries, such as the UK, Australia, USA, Netherlands, and Israel, have advised travelers to leave promptly. I am wondering if Qatar Airways provides any assistance to those stranded in Sri Lanka, such as the option to change flight dates at no extra cost or obtain a full refund. I made a booking with Qatar Airways on June 6th for a flight from Colombo, Sri Lanka to Amsterdam, Netherlands. I hope to modify my ticket without incurring a fee equal to the original fare or receive a full refund to rebook another Qatar Airways flight.

I have been flying with Qatar Airways for 3-4 years, usually on the route from Sydney to Birmingham. Recently, I've had some unsatisfactory experiences on the Doha to Birmingham flight, including my latest flight on May 2, [redacted]. The cleanliness of the plane left much to be desired because of inconsiderate passengers. The toilets were dirty and had a bad smell. Despite the stewardesses being delayed in tray collection, I understand they have a tough job dealing with various passenger behaviors. I suggest that Qatar Airways creates a designated area for families with young children to minimize disturbances for other passengers. While I would prefer premium or Business class, I acknowledge this is not always feasible. I hope the airline can improve the cleanliness on the Doha to Birmingham route for a better flying experience for all passengers. Warm Regards, Shushila

Dear Sir/Madam, I have yet to retrieve my two luggage items. The first is a green Voyager brand suitcase with a damaged handle, and the second is a black hard case guitar covered with duct tape due to a broken lock. I lost these items at the Istanbul terminal. My initial travel leg was from Manila to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines, but due to a one-hour delay departing Manila, I missed my connecting Turkish Airlines flight to Amman. Despite them being responsible for my luggage and me rebooking tickets, my bags were still not with me. I ended up taking Qatar Airways from Istanbul to Doha, and upon arrival, I immediately reported the missing luggage. However, there is no information on their whereabouts yet. As I urgently need these belongings for my work on the ship, please assist me promptly. Thank you for your help.

I purchased a ticket from Qatar flying from Orlando to Bujumbura with the understanding that my luggage would go directly to Bujumbura, which is why I chose this ticket. However, at the airport today, I was not given boarding passes for the entire journey and was informed I needed to collect them from JFK. Furthermore, my luggage was only sent to Kigali, where I have a short layover, and I have two checked bags. I have traveled to Bujumbura frequently without issues, but this time I was convinced by my agent to try Qatar Airways. I am concerned about the logistics and potential for missing my flight in Kigali while trying to manage my luggage. My flight number from JFK is [redacted].

Due to unexpected circumstances, my spouse and I need to adjust our departure date from Rome airport. The limited availability of surgeons in Guam requires us to change our travel plans urgently. We initially planned to visit Malta from June 28th to July 1st and return to Manila, but now we need to depart Rome on June 28th instead of July 1st. Priceline advised us to purchase two new Business Class tickets for the revised date. The tickets are under our names: - Ricardo B. Eusebio - Mary Ann A. Eusebio We are running out of time, and Priceline has been unable to assist us effectively. Your prompt help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I left my suitcase in Doha today when it was supposed to go to Arusha, Tanzania. Upon arriving in Arusha, my luggage did not arrive with me, and I was informed that it was still in Doha. I require my luggage for my upcoming Serengeti safari on June 16th, so this situation is quite inconvenient. Additionally, during a security check at Doha this morning for my connecting flight to Zanzibar, I accidentally left an envelope containing 80 Euros in the security tray. I am reporting my lost money along with my missing suitcase. I am Darin Spencer, a passenger on the Qatar Airways flight from Madrid to Doha on June 13th, continuing to Zanzibar and finally Arusha on June 14th. Please verify this information in your system. We had a flight scheduled from Gatwick to Bangalore via Doha on QR [redacted] for the 17th of June at 8:50 am. We left home around 3 am to ensure we reached the airport three hours prior to departure. However, we were informed at 8 am that the flight was delayed and were told to expect another update at 10:45 am. Unfortunately, the flight was then cancelled at 10:45 am. As a result, we were rebooked on a flight to Doha from Heathrow at 3 pm the same day, causing us to miss our connecting flight to Bangalore. We were offered the option of traveling the next day to Bangalore. Qatar Airways provided accommodation and local transport, but the experience was incredibly difficult for us, especially with two kids, the long travel time, subpar hotel, missed important meetings, and potential impact on my career. We believe adequate compensation is warranted for the distress caused by Qatar Airways' handling of this situation.

Hello. I am Mia Polly Oani. I have a flight scheduled for June 27, [redacted] (Thursday) from Davao to London with connecting flights through Manila and Doha. I am concerned about my short layover in Manila, as I arrive at NAIA Terminal 2 at 16:15 PM and depart from Terminal 3 to Doha at 18:35 PM. I am unsure if the time is sufficient to transfer between terminals, check-in, and catch my next flight due to the considerable distance. I also seek clarification on whether my luggage will be transferred automatically from Terminal 2 to Terminal 3 or if I need to handle it myself. Additionally, I tried reaching out via phone ([redacted] and (02) [redacted]) without success and have been informed by a customer service representative that as the ticket was booked through Expedia, they are unable to assist me. Your prompt response on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I have booked a one-way flight with Qatar through Flighthub. My confirmation number is W9YESG. Our flights are [redacted] and [redacted] from Montreal to Bangkok. I originally thought I had to purchase my return tickets separately as I am returning from Vietnam to Montreal, but I now realize a Multi-city booking would have been more cost-effective. I purchased two one-way tickets to Bangkok for about $[redacted], but I see now that a Multi-city option for my return from Vietnam is around $[redacted]. I would like to keep the same flights to Bangkok as scheduled for March 12, [redacted], and return with flights [redacted] to Doha, [redacted] to Philadelphia, and [redacted] to Montreal. According to Flighthub, I need to contact Qatar for assistance. Could you please help me with this? I would love to travel with Qatar Airways both ways as I have heard great things about your airline! :)

While traveling from Delhi to Atlanta on September 1st, one of my baggage handles was broken from the inside and the trolley wasn't opening. I promptly reported the issue to the airport staff at the belt, who advised me to report it online. Following their instructions, I submitted a report, but unfortunately did not receive any feedback. Upon reaching out to the Atlanta airport office email for Qatar, I was informed that my claim had been rejected by the baggage team without any inspection and was advised to contact my insurer instead. I am dissatisfied with this lack of customer care. My file number is ATL[redacted], Ticket Number [redacted][redacted], and tag number QR281965.

I bought 4 Qatar Airways tickets from Skymoon Travel & Tours for a flight on July 12, [redacted], which turned out to be fake when I tried to check in. I ended up purchasing new tickets directly from the airline at almost double the original price. I urge Qatar Airways to investigate this issue and consider suspending Skymoon Travel & Tours for their fraudulent practices that reflect poorly on your airline's reputation. Kindly advise me on where to direct my request.

I have booked an international flight from RDU to KTM and back via Qatar Airways today. I just realized that my arrival airport in New York is different from where my connecting flight to Raleigh departs. I have a layover time of 4 and a half hours. Can I change my flight from New York (LGA) to New York (JFK) for the onward journey to Raleigh? I also have a concern about collecting my baggage for both flights during the layovers. My return flight has a layover time of 2 hours and 15 minutes. I'm unsure about how the flight from New York to Raleigh fits in with the schedule. This is my first time with three connecting flights, and it's a bit confusing for me. The flights I have booked are RDU-JFK-DOH-KTM and the return flight is KTM-DOH-JFK-LGA-RDU. I'm particularly worried about the return flight from New York to Raleigh and the baggage handling process. Thank you for your assistance.

Hi Team, I'm a first-time flyer to the USA with a valid US visa. I have selected a BOEING [redacted]-300ER flight departing from Bangalore on October 9th at 3:45 AM, arriving at Chicago airport. I have a couple of questions: 1. I have a 1 hour 55-minute layover in Qatar airport. Do I need a separate visa to stay in the airport during this time? 2. Once I check in at Bangalore, will I need to go through check-in again at Qatar or Chicago? I would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you, Vidyashree

Hello, I would like to verify the baggage allowance for international travel from India to Europe on QATAR Airways. Despite the website indicating a 30 KG allowance, my friend was charged for excess baggage at the airport, amounting to 13k. This discrepancy is concerning as it impacts customer satisfaction. Clarity on baggage policies is important for a positive travel experience. I am hopeful for a prompt resolution. Thank you, Shibi

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with Qatar Airways. The airline suggests arriving at the airport three hours before an international flight, which I did for my 4:00 PM flight. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed multiple times, turning my airport wait into a 5 hours and 45 minutes ordeal. Despite the delay, I finally arrived at HAMAD INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT after a 6.5-hour journey. Upon arrival, I discovered my connecting flight to Kuwait was also delayed, adding even more waiting time to my trip. This led to a total of 17 hours of continuous travel with unexpected delays. As a privileged member, this experience was disappointing. When I inquired about compensation, Qatar Airways mentioned a [redacted] Euro compensation for delays over 4 hours, departing from an EU country to a non-EU country, and for flights exceeding 3,[redacted] km. I hope Qatar Airways will honor this compensation given my situation. Booking Reference: PDK9LA Thank you, M. A.

My wife's lost luggage has become the most inappropriate experience she has ever had while traveling! I will be lodging a formal complaint with Qatar Airways and the airport due to the disrespectful treatment she received from the staff. I have already informed American Airlines as she connected through them to Qatar. By tomorrow morning, I will ensure that everyone considering a flight with Qatar Airways is informed about this incident. This has been a shocking and unbelievable situation for our family.
