We finished our last flight on **th October **** when we flew from London to Nairobi under reservation number KO*GVV.**Our flight was scheduled to take off at *am from London Heathrow so to reach the airport we left home at *am. On checking we were told that the flight was now leaving at *.**am but then soon it changed to **.** hrs. This meant a long and tiring wait at the airport. However, since we were flying club class we could use the facilities of the lounge but considering the amount of time from wake up until the flight took off we were on the ground for nearly ** hours.**As usual A*** is very comfortable and we enjoyed our flight to Doha. **Our connection to Nairobi was at **.** hours so again we used the facilities in the lounge. Unfortunately the lounge at Doha is not as comfortable as the one in London Terminal *. **Anyway we were looking forward to having a nice sleep on the way to Nairobi from Doha but on boarding found the Carrier was only A*** with just ordinary big seats which would only recline little and not much leg room to extend. It was very very tiring and uncomfortable. This happens quite often on our flight from Doha to Nairobi where Qatar is using small carriers thereby compromising on the seating facilities in Club Class.******On completing this flight we have flown almost ** times on Qatar Flights and our disappointment mounts and almost hate the idea of flying from Doha to Nairobi AND Nairobi to Doha on a small carrier.**We still have to pay the fare charged for Club Class in spite of the discomfort we experience on our Doha*Nairobi sector.**We have complained about this many times to your Nairobi office and also written to Customer Service but there seem to be no improvement of introducing better carriers on the Doha*Nairobi - Nairobi*Doha route. Only few years ago we had the pleasure of using the Dreamliner from Nairobi*Doha.**Considering we have been very faithful customers of Qatar Airways, we would love to get at least a complimentary flight on Club Class from Nairobi to London when we fly back in March **** for both of us. This way we will feel that we are appreciated for being the faithful customers of Qatar Airways.
