I have arranged a flight for my elderly parents from Cape Town to Casablanca, with a layover of over 8 hours in Doha. My elderly father visited the Qatar office at Cape Town airport and was informed that due to it being a promotional rate, they are not eligible for accommodation. Qatar Airways is our go-to airline for travel between Morocco and South Africa, and I am a loyal member of the Qatar Privilege Club. My daughter will also be traveling this route on 14 December [redacted]. I kindly request that Qatar Airways reconsider providing hotel accommodation for my parents during their layover and arrange wheelchair assistance for my father. We are looking to purchase a flight from Milan to Saigon for 2 adults and 2 children, priced at €[redacted].14. We are unable to pay with our credit card and have opened a PayPal account to make the payment. We have blocked the booking (reference W5EVGB) for 3 days, but our PayPal account will be activated in 2 days, and the funds transferred will take 1 or 2 more days to arrive. Can we please extend the booking block beyond Tuesday 24th July [redacted] at 18:00 Italian time, as we need more time to transfer the funds? I took Qatar Air flight [redacted] from Philadelphia on June 18, [redacted]. The agent who checked me in assured me my baggage was checked through to BBI, Bhubaneswar, India with layovers in Doha (flight [redacted]) and Delhi (flight [redacted]). However, upon arrival in Delhi, I discovered my bag did not make it, causing me to miss my connecting flight. I had to retrieve my bag in Delhi for customs, which I was not informed about at the time of check-in. As a result, I had to pay fees to release my bag and purchase a new flight. My journey was delayed by 10 hours, impacting my schedule and inconveniencing my driver who was waiting for me since 9:30 AM. This experience was my first visit to India. My requests are as follows: 1. Proper training for your staff to avoid such issues in the future. 2. Reimbursement for the cost of the flight as it has caused me significant inconvenience and a loss of time.

I'm on flight QR942 from Doha to Singapore, arriving on August 3 at 9:05. Unfortunately, my baggage, which includes my camera, lenses, and other fragile equipment, has been missing for around 16 hours. Despite contacting Qatar Airways three times, I have not received any updates from them. I made a reservation through esky for a flight from Hong Kong to London with Qatar Airways flight number [redacted] for Hanlong Denis Bordais departing on September 12, [redacted]. I recently purchased a ticket with a three-flight itinerary from Tel Aviv, Israel to Colombo, Sri Lanka. The flights included legs with Qatar Airways and one connecting flight from SAW to DOH which was delayed causing me to miss my onward flight to CMB. Unfortunately, no reasons were given by the staff for the delay. As a result, I had to spend the night at Doha's Airport on the floor and catch the next morning's flight to CMB, arriving over 6 hours later than originally scheduled. I am seeking compensation for the inconvenience and the changes I had to make to my plans upon arriving in CMB.

Hello, I have a booking for a flight back to Perth from London Gatwick on January 1st, [redacted], departing at 14:05. The seats have been allocated for me, but I also need to reserve seats for my husband and son, Peter and Gianni Verdiglione. The booking reference is MPQQXM. Is it possible to get three seats together for our return trip to Doha and then on to Perth? I would appreciate your advice on this. Furthermore, I have noticed that I have not received air miles to my Qantas account, even though I added my Qantas frequent flyer number to my profile and booking. I made flight reservations in January [redacted] and selected seats on February 13, [redacted], including seats 22J & K for the above-mentioned flight. However, during online check-in today at 15:05, I was assigned different seats with no option to revert to my original selection. Concerned about losing my preferred seats, I contacted Qatar Airways customer service. The representative claimed I had selected the new seats, which I had not, and offered no solution. The delays and uncomfortable seating arrangements on the A320 were disappointing, especially for Club Class passengers. Despite our frequent complaints to the Nairobi office and Customer Service, the issue of using small carriers on the Doha/Nairobi route persists. We have business class tickets from Delhi to Doha to Los Angeles on May 30, [redacted], with return from LA on August 1, [redacted]. Our layover in Qatar is 19 hours and 55 minutes. Question 1: Do we need a transit visa at Qatar airport for the layover if we stay inside the airport?
