In early **** I cancelled a domestic flight with Qantas due COVID restrictions. Qantas issued me a flight credit in lieu of a refund. On ** Aug ** I asked by phone for a refund of that credit and was told it could take up to eight weeks to be processed. It's now ** Nov ** and I've heard nothing further. I want to know what's happening.
