We spoke to Kelly from QANTAS prior to the flight and advised my mother had been taken to hospital, was dying and that we would not be able to board. Kelly said she would take us off the flight.*We later rebooked our flights for the ****** to enable us to make the necessary funeral arrangements. *I can provide:**. Booking ref: KCZIAH : Ticket and extra baggage receipt *Due to events beyond our control, I would be grateful if you would consider a compassionate refund, maybe as a voucher for future travel to the value of the flight we were unable to take.
