I am trying to contact Qantas re: my customers who have a flight booked in April from Melbourne to Sydney. They need priority boarding as the husband has mobility issues with his arms and his wife has to do the lifting for the onboard luggage. These customers are late **'s, early **'s. The wife finds that when she is trying to get the luggage in the overhead bins passengers behind her are always bumping into her and making her fall over.
