I was trying to get it fixed but was told it can't be fixed. I have no suitcase for travel now. ... My damaged suitcase was handed in to Port Macquarie Airport ?**th April, (could have been the **th). Reference Number: DPR CHCQF *****. I have heard nothing since. The case was cracked around the wheel. It's a blue Everest case approximately * year old The flight was QF*** to Christchurch on the **th of April.
This is especially frustrating because I have no suitcase for travel.
Can someone acknowledge that they have received my email replies at least?!Please send me a replacement suitcase ASAP.
I have been a customer ever since I started flying. Over ** years.
Going around in circles constantly with Qantas. Writing all these forms out seems to solve nothing. I signed a waver but now, I will seek outside help via media if I have to. I have decided to go to the Ombudsman.
