I tried customer service to get this question answered but hung up after holding ** minues. I recently applied for a Q card and was approved. That night I placed an order. The promotion offered was a $** credit on a future perchase if purchased by Dec.**st. from what I'm reading, it takes * to * weeks to get this credit. So my question is don't leave, how do I get this credit on a purchase I purchase by December **st. * It appears many people have written complaints that they never were able to attain that credit that was offered. I don't want to be one of those people. I thought my question could be resolved by customer service yeah, but I never got connected. The funny thing is customer service answers immediately if you're placing an order, but you can't speak to anyone just for help. * I am a new customer, and I am hoping this is not a sign of the service I will get from QVC.
