I am experiencing a billing issue with my purchase of two Fitbit Charge devices. The payments were made directly from my checking account, but there was an issue with the May deduction. QVC stated the payment was "delinquent" as they indicated it was not authorized. I contacted a representative to process the two payments of $36.03 each. Currently, one payment is "pending" for order number [redacted]1, but my actual order numbers are [redacted]01 and [redacted]02. The incomplete number does not specify the payment number. I have spoken to three people regarding this matter without a resolution. I would appreciate it if you could contact me to resolve this issue. Thank you.

I recently purchased two items, the Fit and Flare Denim and Co top item A309052, and the Lace Zip Top with Hood item A286345. I returned the A309052 top for an exchange, with free shipping. I opted for a different color of the same item as a replacement. After waiting for a reasonable period but not receiving the new item, I contacted Customer Service. I explained that I had completed the exchange form clearly for a different color but hadn't received it. The representative mentioned the item was in stock but couldn't waive the $6.95 return charge. She did agree to waive the $3 shipping fee for the new item. Frustrated, I opted to cancel the top reorder due to the inconvenience. I've encountered similar issues in the past and believe there might be a misunderstanding in the return department. As a loyal customer for over 20 years, I pay my bills promptly. I am disappointed with the handling of this situation by Customer Service. I urge that the new color I requested, Blue Botanical in size Medium for A309052, be sent to me without any shipping charges, and the $6.95 return fee be removed, as promoted for free exchanges.

Please respond promptly as this is urgent. I have been struggling to resolve an issue since December, which seems quite complex. I previously worked with an excellent supervisor named Donell Hill who, after diligent research, successfully resolved the problem. However, the issue resurfaced shortly afterward, and I have been unable to get a resolution despite repeated attempts. Subsequently, I engaged with Synchrony Bank, and after spending several hours reviewing the matter, they acknowledged the problem and credited me $[redacted].71, although it was less than expected. Synchrony Bank mentioned sending a check, which I never received. This is a brief summary of my ongoing situation. I seek assistance that necessitates further discussion. On September 5, [redacted], I sent a letter to the CEO of QVC regarding an issue with an order I placed. Despite not receiving a response so far, I felt disappointed by the lack of acknowledgment. In the letter, I included a photo of my son's bruised face, who is physically disabled. I purchased the Drive Medical Foldable Lightweight Rollator for my son, who uses crutches and a wheelchair. The advertised rollator seemed like a suitable option for him, but it collapsed while he was using it, causing him to fall and sustain injuries. The video on the QVC website did not adequately warn about the rollator's collapsibility in the upright position, which led to the misunderstanding. I believe clearer information should have been provided to prevent such incidents. If I had known about this issue beforehand, I could have found a similar rollator for a lower price elsewhere, such as ShopWheelchair.com. The lack of clarification on QVC's part was concerning, and I hope for a resolution to this matter soon. Thank you.

After eagerly waiting for my popcorn machine, I was disappointed to find it had several issues upon unboxing. The top was bent, the slot for the popcorn kernel box was misshapen, and a hinge was bent, making door installation impossible. QVC informed me I could return it, but due to its weight, I proposed receiving a credit and new hinges instead. They only offered a $30 credit, which I find inadequate considering the problems. The minimal packaging from Great Northern likely caused the damage. I'm struggling to send pictures to support my claim. All I seek is replacements for the hinges and a more reasonable credit amount.

On February 1st, I made a purchase of a Lazy Boy chair, but unfortunately, the delivery process arranged by QVC has been frustrating. Despite my efforts in contacting them, there seems to be a lack of cooperation from the delivery company. When I spoke with a QVC representative today, it felt like they were taking the side of the delivery company. The promises of a prompt resolution were not fulfilled, and the excuse about my address being inconvenient is unacceptable. I was told that the delivery might coincide with another delivery to Rockford, IL! It's been a disappointing experience as I am being left in the dark without any concrete resolution in sight. The lack of communication and failure to follow up is truly disappointing. I hope for a swift resolution and a more customer-focused approach from both QVC and the delivery company. Thank you.

I recently placed an order and was initially given a price that I agreed to pay using my credit card. After receiving an email confirming the amount to be charged, I then received a follow-up email stating that my bill was adjusted to a higher price without my authorization. While I did receive a $5 credit, the unexpected increase in price was concerning to me. I was under the impression the cost would remain as initially discussed. Consequently, I have decided not to do business with your company in the future. Unauthorized price increases on credit card purchases are not acceptable to me, and I find it illogical that paying in full would result in a higher cost. It is important for customers to trust that the price agreed upon is the price that will be charged.

I have been a loyal QVC customer for over 20 years. Recently, I encountered difficulties with my orders being cancelled without any prior notification. Upon investigating, I discovered that an Easy Pay payment was rejected some time ago, causing the problem. I am bewildered as to why I wasn't informed of this issue earlier. Dealing with the loss of my husband last year has left my life in disarray, and some things have slipped through the cracks, perhaps this issue being one of them. Around April 16, I rectified the outstanding Easy Pay items. Assured that everything was sorted, I proceeded to reorder the available items along with some clothing. However, I was shocked to learn that all my orders were canceled by Corporate without any explanation. The inability to reach anyone at Corporate further frustrated me. QVC's poor communication and treatment have left me feeling angry, disappointed, and completely disillusioned. Regrettably, I have decided not to make any future purchases from QVC.

I had a long-standing account with QVC that got unexpectedly closed despite my occasional orders. When I tried to continue shopping, I faced issues with payments not getting credited correctly to my new account after the old one was shut down. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the billing discrepancies, I kept receiving late fees. Eventually, I paid off what I thought was the entire balance, only to receive further bills and confusion. Thankfully, after reaching out to both the bank and customer service, it seems there's a credit on the closed account that needs to be transferred to clear the current outstanding balance. I'm hoping that by cashing the refund check and applying it to the latest bill, this convoluted cycle of incorrect payments will finally come to an end.

I would like to return a mobile phone that cost over £[redacted]. I called to complain about not receiving a manual with the phone, and they said they would email one. Despite this, the phone will not connect to WiFi and it rejects my password because it won't accept the letter "e" correctly. I am writing to QVC Corporate office regarding the closure of my account due to you stating that there were no receipts. I have informed UPS not to leave packages without my signature. However, I have observed that I have been receiving unordered items and unauthorized charges in my bank account, prompting me to change my card number to prevent further theft. I am perplexed by the closure of my account as I always paid for my items in full, though I have noticed unknown individuals using my account from various locations without my knowledge. I recently discovered that QVC has been using my email address without my consent. As a cancer patient with frequent appointments, I have requested UPS not to leave packages unattended, making it unexpected when my account was closed. Kindly address this issue promptly. Last week, I returned the Santa’s Best Christmas Tree and Val Par Hill Cardinal 3 piece globes to UPS. The quality of the products was disappointing given their high prices. Despite returning them, UPS mistakenly redelivered them to me the next day. I promptly refused both packages and requested for them to be sent back. I am frustrated and do not intend to pay for the shipping error. I am dissatisfied with the products as they did not match the quality advertised on TV. When attempting to contact customer service, the wait time was unacceptably long at 21 minutes, indicating a lack of available operators. I received an email from QVC today offering a $40 discount if I used my Qcard on purchases made with the 6 payment plan. I encountered difficulties adding my Qcard to my order totalling over $[redacted]. Despite activating my new card, I was unable to include it at checkout. Subsequently, my order was split into two, prompting me to place another order. I attempted to add my Qcard to the larger order without success. It seems the issue lies with the QVC system, as my bank confirmed no problems with my card. I am currently unable to make phone calls because my phone settings are incorrect. I reached out regarding order number [redacted]. I am expecting the order from yesterday at 4 p.m. with free shipping, as it has not been shipped yet. I was under the impression that the special pricing would expire at midnight, but instead, it changed to free shipping. My order originally included a $23.41 shipping charge. Receiving a notice from the collection agency was quite unsettling, as it seems the QVC representative may not have handled my update properly. I recently sought help on the chat line and accidentally closed the chat before receiving assistance. I had purchased flashlights (model V [redacted]) with order number [redacted] in October [redacted]. I am inquiring about any potential warranties provided by the flashlight company. Although I understand there may not be warranties through your service, I am hoping the flashlight company does offer some form of coverage.
