I recently ordered * items A****** Fit and Flare Denim and Co top and A****** Lace Zip Top with Hood. I returned Item A****** for an exchange (free shipping). I ordered another color of the same item (a free exchange). I waited for a reasonable period of time and still no new item. I called Customer Service to tell the lady that I had filled out the form clearly and completely for a free exchange for another color but never received it. She said that the item was in stock, but she could not do anything about the $*.** return charge on my account. She could waive the $* shipping on the new item, but that was all. I told the lady to cancel my top reorder completely. I also told her this had happened to me before. This new exchange policy is great, however, I don't believe the people in receiving of returned items read the forms very carefully. I have been a QVC customer for over ** years. I pay my bill in full every month and I don't appreciate or feel like I should be treated in this manner. I am very disappointed in Customer Service's handling of this matter. Solution: I believe you should send me the new color as I requested at no shipping charge and remove the $*.** return of the original top. This is what you advertise - free exchanges. This was a return dept. error, not mine. New color of A****** Blue Botanical, size Medium.
