I ordered a TV several weeks ago. It came and was shattered. The representative was supposed to send a new one, but instead sent only a new warranty. At that point I chose to cancel the order and have my money refunded. They assured me that would happen. Only the money for the warranty was refunded. I spoke to another person, who again assured me the situation was taken care of. Yesterday, the replacement TV - the one I had canceled - showed up. On the phone for the sixth time with one of your representatives, I was told she wasn't sure if I'd be charged, but she would order a UPS pickup and HOPEFULLY then I would not be charged. I still have not heard from UPS. I am currently on minute ** of being on hold to speak to a representative. This is the SEVENTH call I have had to make regarding this issue. I have also attempted to email twice, with no response. I need this taken care of IMMEDIATELY! This is horrible customer service. My original order number was E******. My name is Wendy Hart. ***.***.****
