Help with my Q Link Wireless issue

Hi my name is Carol Tuttle and I've been with Qlink a few years now. I was told I would receive a new phone & tablet. They told me it would be *-** days to receive them. I still haven't seen either phone or tablet at this time. In the meantime they turned off my phone leaving me without a phone. I'm getting concerned because I cannot be without a phone. P!ease help!**I think a better way to have handled this situation was to get the new phones to the customer first, then have the customer call or text Qlink to get the phone set up*turned on instead of leaving us without a working phone. My Qlink phone number is ***-***-****.* Please help me get a working phone! **Thank you,*Carol Tuttle
