My phone and SIM card were stolen I already called and talked to a customer support representative about a week ago they were supposed to send me a new SIM card and shut off the old SIM card in old phone I received the email today stating that the phone had been updated with fresh minutes and such and I would like to know why it has not been shut off and why minutes are still being added to that other phone number and I have not received my new SIM card
