I was trying to get my problem cleared up and resolved ... Q Link Number: ***-***-**** Q Link Plan: Lifeline Always On Bundled Plan ********* Data: *.** MB used out of ****.** MB* (****.** MB left) Minutes: * used out of UNLIMITED (UNLIMITED minutes left) Texts: *This qlink number is not in service.* I have written two times now and waiting on a response. I cannot get thru to customer service.*When switched over from Budget Mobile my cell number was deactivated and I need it* as it is tied with several of my personal accounts *for identification purposes.The SIM card I was sent is not compatible with my other smartphone.* I need help on how to correct this but*the CS recording says my account was canceled. Please advise ASAP Mary Taylor*Resolution:* I need a new phone sent to me and my phone number from Budget Mobile changed from the current qlink phone number. That number was ***-***-****.
