I called last Tuesday march* to have my phone number changed to a phone number I had previous,the phone that belongs to that number went thru the washer so I paid it off with spectrum.I wasnted to change my number which I have now on my qphone which is ********** to **********.my account is still open so I should be able to do this.but that was Tuesday and it still hasent happened.I tried to call support but she wont let me thru,says im talking on my Qlink phone,which I wasntand she hangs up.please help me get my number changed.
