I cannot get a CSR at Q Link Wireless on the phone. I have called several times to talk to a CSR, but they have no direct option in their automated system to bypass it and speak to a CSR. The issue I am having is that I have transferred my benefits to Safe Link Wireless, but I cannot port over my phone number from Q Link Wireless. To do this, I need my account number (which I do not know) and my PIN (which I am sure I know what it is, but would like confirmation to make certain).**Can someone give me a phone number to contact Q Link Wireless Customer Service, OTHER than the number from their website? This number ONLY goes to an automated system -- and GetHuman's advice DOES NOT WORK, which is to "repeatedly press *." When you press * * times, the line disconnects.**Once I can contact an actual human being in Customer Service, I will give them the information needed to resolve this issue.
