I received my qlink phone it has a sim ard and was activated as soon as i powered it up. Now i have been trying fir days to get my tmobile phone number transfered to qwireless , just like i had it tranfered from cricket to Tmobile and had no problem , but i cant get any hhelp or answers to help me now to transfer my number . My husband just did his number from Tmobile to simple mobile in * hour automated service. Is that because he is paying for his service. It shouldnt matter if its a paying acc. Or if its a government acc. It should be no problem and just as fast . So please i just need my number transfered . Thank you. Before i have to pay for anotger months service with Tmobile in a few days . That i cant afford to do . Thats why i applied to you . .thanks please respond in a timely nanner
