I have a Q Link phone and service, and this month my monthly minutes and unlimited text came through fine, but I did not receive my data. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps on my end and with the help of a friend, I still can't access my data. Additionally, my phone has been having trouble staying connected to Wi-Fi. It connects initially, but disconnects after a minute or two. I'm reaching out for assistance as I really appreciate my Q Link phone and service, but not being able to use the internet is frustrating.

I require a PUK code to unlock my SIM card. I'm unable to access my device or dial [redacted] to contact Qlink. Whenever I try from another device, it prompts me to call from a non-Qlink phone to troubleshoot, indicating I am using a Qlink phone. I am unable to reach a live representative through this method. It's been over a week without service, and despite sending over 15 emails, I have not received any assistance.

I believe my issue has been resolved. My old phone was having charging problems, even after attempting a factory reset with no success. Today I spoke with a tech support representative who spoke English, and I decided to upgrade to a $35.00 phone. I should receive it within five to seven days. I also confirmed that the network service with Sprint and Q Link is functioning correctly. It seems like it was indeed time for a new phone. Feeling more optimistic now. Thank you, Brad from Houston.

I recently received an email from Q Link Wireless notifying me that they have processed my documents and provided a new ID: [redacted]. I am looking for an update on the status of my account. My name is Maurice P., born in [redacted], and you can reach me at [redacted]. I had initially canceled my Q Link Wireless account due to poor service with the ZTE N818S phone and decided to keep only my landline. A representative had assured me that I could call back to receive a better phone, but now I am only being informed that my order was canceled. I am eager to resolve this issue as I am in need of the new phone and do not have an alternative lifeline service.

I recently discovered that my phone has been deactivated, and it is imperative for my daily tasks. I successfully reinstated my Google account by using a Lifeline number. However, I am now facing the challenge of restoring my Qlink number. This number is essential for all my communications, despite the fact that the phone is damaged. I am willing to overlook the cracked screen. The Qlink number is crucial as it is used for my job applications, medical records, and personal matters. I kindly ask for assistance in recovering it. You can reach me via email at [redacted] or call me at [redacted], which I believe is my alternative number. The Lifeline number I used is [redacted]. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Regards, Joshua P.

I canceled my QLink account last year, and now I want to reactivate it. I plan to use the same Bring Your Own Phone (BYOP) as last year and transfer in my original number from when I first joined QLink in [redacted]. The issue is I am unable to sign up as I keep receiving an error about having multiple Lifeline accounts. QLink was my only lifeline phone provider, and I canceled it last year. I'm puzzled about why there would be multiple accounts associated with me. I need assistance to resolve this matter promptly so I can restart my service. Thank you for your help.

I have been experiencing ongoing issues with my Q-Link wireless phone ever since I acquired it. My ZTE N817 model appears to have been compromised, especially following the various upgrades sent by the phone service. These upgrades have drastically drained the battery, leading me to charge my phone multiple times daily despite limited internet use. Due to financial constraints, I had to obtain this government-issued phone, which has always had performance issues such as screen glitches and sudden shut-offs. Lately, the battery has ceased holding a charge altogether. I am seeking a replacement phone with the latest upgrades at no cost, while retaining my current phone number. If this is not feasible, I might have to switch to a different service provider. For communication, kindly reach out via mail as I cannot access my email without a phone for verification.

My phone is showing multiple error messages related to Google processes that have stopped. Despite following online troubleshooting steps, including attempts to factory reset, the issue persists. The phone, purchased in [redacted], seems to be malfunctioning beyond feasible repair. Assistance in resolving the problem or suggestions for a replacement device would be greatly appreciated.

I have tried reaching out multiple times but have been unable to get through due to both of my numbers being associated with Qlink. I was charged $5 for a number switch that did not occur. My Qlink number is [redacted], while my Straighttalk number is [redacted]. Straighttalk claims the number as theirs and withdrew $50 for service. Now, Qlink is informing me I have run out of data. I am confused about where my service is coming from. Please help me resolve this issue.

I have a Samsung phone and my current phone number. Qlink sent me a ZTE phone with a new number, even though I informed them I intend to keep my Sprint account. I verified the IMEI, MEID, and ICCID. Numerous attempts to contact support and the customer service director via email have yielded no response from Qlink. A long-standing phone number is crucial for various online accounts, so I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

Hello, I attempted this previously without success. I applied for a phone some time ago and have not received any communication regarding it. Despite several calls, the automated system only recognizes my phone number and birth year, without offering any further assistance. The lack of live customer service is disheartening and leaves me hesitant to proceed. Can someone provide an update promptly, or should I consider switching to Assurance? My details are: Richard Berg, born in [redacted], phone number [redacted]. I strongly prefer a phone call over an email response. Your cooperation is appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I recently signed up for service with Q Link and followed all the document submission steps as requested. After being informed that I qualified, I was surprised to learn that I did not qualify for a new phone, but was offered an updated one for $35. On April 3, [redacted], I made the payment for a ZTE Tempo X using my bank account. When I inquired about the delay after a few weeks, I was assured by a representative that my service would include 3GB data, unlimited texts, and [redacted] minutes. Despite this, my phone never arrived. Upon contacting them and facing difficulties, I was informed that my account was canceled and transferred to another provider without my knowledge, which I did not authorize. Even after resubmitting my documents as requested, there seems to be no progress or requirement for any further documentation. It has been nearly 3 months, and I have yet to receive anything despite my purchase and efforts. I have already communicated this to them via email with proof of purchase. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Sincerely, Stephan W.

I attempted to set a password on my new ZTE cell phone to secure the screen, but I seem to have made an error. Now, I am locked out and it is indicating that the SIM card will be permanently locked after 10 failed attempts. I urgently need assistance with unlocking it. I tried calling the toll-free number but was unable to reach a live person, which is my preferred way of resolving this. Currently, I am using someone else's phone, so I need to access my email for further support. Typically, my email credentials are saved on another device, automatically logging me in.

I recently upgraded my phone for $30, but due to a mailing address issue with my landlord, I accidentally input the wrong zip code during registration. Now, my account is stuck with that zip code, preventing me from completing the registration process. I previously spoke to a live operator who promised to hold the $30 for me until I could successfully register. However, I am unable to proceed with the application due to the zip code situation. I am hoping to get in touch with someone who can help me resolve this issue. I have temporarily provided my contact number as [redacted]. Your prompt assistance in refunding the $30 or rectifying the zip code issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am writing once again about the QLink ZTE Sapphire that I bought and paid for, yet have not been able to receive an incoming call since May 3rd. I just completed my seventh call to tech support and spoke to Vanessa for the third time. This time, Vanessa suggested I drive about seven miles to another tower area to try resetting the phone, which I found quite amusing. I simply want a new phone free of charge, but they seem reluctant to accommodate this request. They informed me they will only assist a couple more times, making it seem as though they are inconvenienced. If a new phone is not sent free of charge, I will report your unfamiliar practices to the BBB. Today is May 25, [redacted].

I lost my phone and need a replacement from Q Link. Despite being approved with an existing account, I'm having trouble conveying this to the computer system. When I tried to reapply, it asks for social security paperwork, which I find challenging to handle as the internet process is too complex for me. Could you kindly send me the phone replacement as I appreciate your service? Thank you for considering. You can contact me at [redacted] I'm unsure if I can manage the internet requirements. Please send the free phone replacement to Micah Jay Holifield at [redacted] Jayhawker Rd, Cleveland, Texas [redacted]. SS# [redacted]. Thank you.

This is the fourth and final attempt to request the immediate deactivation of my ZTE817 phone due to the failure to honor the terms of the contract agreement. I have not received the necessary documents related to my Lifeline benefits since I acquired the phone in [redacted]. Failure to comply may result in severe consequences. I will provide detailed information to the appropriate authorities regarding this matter if needed. Please act promptly. Thank you.

I am facing an issue with my phone service being unexpectedly terminated without explanation. Qlink, the service provider, only offers an automated phone system, which disconnects the call after pressing 0 through multiple menus. Their email support redirects back to the call center without resolving the issue. I am struggling to contact Qlink and rectify the error of the canceled service. I hope to find a solution through this platform, even though my expectations are low.

I am assisting with an approved transfer from SafeLink to Q Link Wireless for John McGrath. He purchased a Tempo X phone for $35, but I did not receive it. When I contacted customer support, I was prompted to resolve an address issue with a representative. Despite previous successful support interactions, I am currently unable to reach a live person due to missing details. Despite requesting callbacks online, I only receive emails instructing me to call customer support, which I struggle to navigate. After sending a fax last week with no response, I am left without the phone I paid for and lack wireless service. I have John McGrath's authorization as his Power of Attorney to communicate with Q Link on his behalf.

I contacted you earlier today to cancel my account due to service issues. I was told it was cancelled, but when I checked with Lifeline, they confirmed it was still active. I need this resolved promptly as it's been an ongoing problem. Please ensure that my account linked to phone number [redacted] is cancelled immediately. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - CRS from Brownsville, PA
