Paid for a replacement phone and now it’s “lost” in delivery.. this is for someone on disability and if I’m having this much trouble speaking with someone... how do u expect someone on disability to deal with this?!! They paid **$ out of a disability check to get a phone and they’ve been without a phone for * weeks now!! Ups says usps has it and usps hasn’t received the package, only a label for it??.... please help!!
