I want to change my QLink Wireless Phone number. I called their customer service number *-* times and followed their prompts till I got to the prompt to press to change phone numbers. Each time that I arrived at that prompt, eventually I received instructions that I was calling from my phone, and to hang up and call from a different phone. Each time that I called them, I used one of two different phones from wireless carriers other than QLink Wireless, and never did I call them from my QLink Wireless Smartphone, even though their voice message kept saying that I was calling from my QLink Wireless Phone. I tried pressing * several times in a row each time that I called. I never was able to reach a live agent and was never given that option.I called within the hours that they indicate that they are open for business. This lack of customer service is typical for lifeline Government wireless phone carriers.

They could make this right by first being able to be contacted, secondly by doing their part in assisting me to change my phone number, and in the third place by jumping off of a tall building.
