The issue in GetHuman1707853's own words
I want to switch my lifeline service provider from access wireless to Q-Link, but the free phone I was sent from access wireless ** years ago, was either stolen, or somehow disappeared from my house, so I would need to start fresh with Q-link* new free phone and new phone number. How do I do this? I already applied to transfer my service o Q-Link and was approved, but it says they will just port my number and service to them, and I don't qualify for a free phone?? It's been over * years since I received my original lifeline phone, and never had to request a replacement.
GetHuman1707853 did not yet indicate what Q Link Wireless should do to make this right.
