I have contacted q-link about this already and have not seen any results in fixing this problem and have been with q-link for a matter of I would say probably * to ** years have told them everything that I know but they have done nothing to turn off the service on my existing phone which I have told them that I do not have and I keep getting phone calls from q-link wanting me to qualify them for another year and why should I if I don't even have my phone I can care less if they turn it off if someone else has it let's get this problem fixed
