I would like to speak with a representative regarding an issue with a payment made for a replacement phone on 11/01/[redacted]. My service was turned off, and I was unaware of this when I paid $25 for the replacement phone that was never shipped to me. I am requesting a refund of the $25 that was taken for the replacement phone that was not delivered. It is important to me to have my money returned as it was not a service that was provided. Please address this matter promptly. Thank you.

I have been attempting to contact Q Link for months. I was informed my proof documentation was approved, but since then, I've received no further communication. Every time I try to log in, it says my account is canceled due to another application. I've tried contacting them numerous times without success and now considering reaching out to the Better Business Bureau. I qualify for a government phone but can't seem to get any assistance. I've had enough of the frustration and constant emails. If anyone has faced similar issues, you can reach me at Scott Fox 20 at gmail.com. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

It's frustrating how many people experience similar issues like mine with Facebook. The platform has negative impacts on society. I feel overwhelmed by its presence, and it seems to breed unhappiness, conflicts, and even tragedies worldwide. I hope for a change and more accountability from the company.

I attempted to update my address on my account due to my recent move after applying for a phone. I need to ensure all my documents match. However, when I use the app to update my address, the page continuously flashes and does not save the changes. This issue has been ongoing since July when I initially applied for the phone. Despite submitting 34 documents, I am struggling to update my address. The discrepancy in my address is causing me trouble accessing my government phone, which is crucial for my disability assistance. Unfortunately, neither the app nor the phone support line has been helpful in resolving this issue. When I try to update my address via email with the correct information and documents, it still does not get processed.

Since [redacted], my stolen phone has been in use along with the service, despite my numerous requests to cancel the number. How is this feasible under the Federal Statutory Requirements? Particularly regarding the "Lifeline Program Participants Must Re-Certify" clause, which explicitly states that re-certification must be done within a timeframe set by Federally Mandated Statutory Guidelines without exceptions or delays.

Hello, I recently discovered that my service was canceled after paying for a replacement phone. Unfortunately, the phone was not sent, but the payment was still deducted from my account. I was not informed about the service cancellation beforehand. I paid $25.00 for the replacement phone on 11/02/[redacted]. Despite my attempts to reach out, I have not received a response. I urgently need a refund of the $25.00 so I can switch to another service provider. I have sent multiple emails regarding this matter. Please refund the money to my card promptly to resolve this issue and avoid legal action. Thank you.

I'm experiencing issues with my Qlink phone. It kept indicating low storage space despite having no apps or content. This rendered it unable to download updates properly, with warnings of potential malfunctions. I decided to reset it to factory settings to resolve the space issue, but even after the reset, an authentication problem persists. When attempting to connect to a server, it briefly shows authentication status before reverting back. Despite being reset to factory settings, the phone seems to have an inherent issue possibly related to authentication.

When I make phone calls, the caller ID displays qlink wireless to the person I am calling. I would prefer it to show wireless caller or Monroe, LA, the location my number is from, for more discretion. Also, I am interested in upgrading my ZTE phone. Is that a possibility? Additionally, I am running out of storage space on my phone and have inserted an SD card. However, I am unsure how to move files to the SD card to free up space for more apps and photos. Despite having the SD card, new apps still want to download to the phone's internal memory. Should I back up my phone to the cloud and perform a factory reset with the SD card inside to ensure future files save to it? I am unable to manually move files to the SD card and would appreciate any advice or information on how to manage the storage more efficiently. Thank you.

I believe my Q Link phone was mistakenly activated by someone else named Jan Chavez at my old address. She gave it to her son, Jared Allman. I refuse to recertify the service until I have the phone back. I reported this to the police as mail fraud along with other missing mail, including medication. I suspect foul play as Jan has a history of unauthorized access to people's accounts using her Wi-Fi. I urge you to deactivate the phone and send me a replacement at no cost. I have already filed a police report and cooperating with investigations. For any queries, please reach me at [redacted]. Thank you for your help in this matter.

I recently tried to submit my application for the Government Program. However, when entering my Client ID # [redacted]**** in the "Step 3: Select Eligibility" webpage, I received an error message stating "Invalid DSHS number." My previous enrollment was under the number [redacted], which has now ended. I require a phone for medical appointments due to my health issues. It would be appreciated if I could retain my old phone number, but I'm unsure if that's feasible. Thank you for your assistance. Regards, John La Rose.

I lost my phone, and when I found it, it was all crushed and cracked, making it unusable. I reported it as lost or stolen. Now that I have found it, can you please unlock the SIM card? I have a new phone, a Microsoft Windows 10 cell phone, and I want to use it with the same number. When I signed up, I was supposed to receive an upgraded smartphone but never got it. I paid an extra $25 for this phone that was never sent to me.

Dear Sirs, I am writing to address a significant issue I recently encountered regarding the cancellation of my telephone service. A few days ago, I received a notification from your company informing me that my phone would be disconnected due to the reported death of the registered user. I want to clarify that I am not deceased, but it seems there has been a mix-up. My late father, John Fenus, shared the same name as me, leading to this confusion. I urge you to verify my identity through my Social Security number promptly. Time is of the essence as I am battling leukemia and require immediate phone access. Thank you for your urgent attention to this matter. Sincerely, John Fenus [redacted] Border St. Willow-River, Minnesota [redacted] (Urgent: This phone is vital for my medical needs. Kindly expedite the correction. Thank you.)

I experienced a dangerous phone incident close to Halloween and have been struggling with QLink ever since to get a replacement. After much back and forth, I finally received a new phone two weeks ago. However, upon receiving it yesterday, I found out it cannot be activated as now they claim I am no longer eligible according to the state of Texas. Despite still being on housing and receiving food stamps, I am facing this issue. This has been the most frustrating experience with a phone company I've ever had. I am seeking assistance from a customer service representative or preferably a supervisor to call me back on my sister's phone at [redacted]. It has been challenging to connect with a representative via their automated system.

I would appreciate a prompt response regarding my application for Qlink service. Despite applying a year ago and not receiving a phone from Qlink Wireless, I continue to receive emails requesting service updates. I have reached out through email without receiving any meaningful replies and calling only leads to automated responses. It is possible the phone was delivered to the wrong location, or maybe I was not approved. I am concerned about responsibility for a phone I never received and would like to resolve this matter by speaking directly with a representative. Please contact me promptly at [redacted] in the mornings before noon. My details are: Name: Cindy Wasson Email: [redacted] Address: [redacted] Meredith Dr. Apt.22, Des Moines, IA. [redacted]. Your immediate attention to this longstanding issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am urgently seeking assistance regarding my application for Q Link Service a year ago. Despite not receiving a phone after applying, I have been repeatedly asked to update my service information over the past 3-4 months. I have sent several emails but have not received any responses, only automated messages assuring me of contact. I am unable to reach a live person by phone, as the automated system requires information I do not possess. It seems probable that the phone was delivered to the wrong address, as I no longer have the number I used when applying due to financial constraints. I am willing to provide all necessary information for my application. Kindly reach out to me at the listed phone number during mornings before noon. Thank you for addressing this ongoing issue promptly.

I have been in contact with your company about receiving a free phone. Despite my repeated emails stating that I do not have an account with you, you continue to insist that I do. I urge you to provide me with evidence of this account. If it does exist, I do not have any phone or services with your company and request that you deactivate the account. I need to start fresh with a new service and phone. This situation has persisted for too long, and I am exhausted from repeating myself. Name: Karen Sue Boyd DOB: 02/12/[redacted] Last four digits of my SSN: [redacted] Address: [redacted] East Main St, Apt 3, Plainfield, IN [redacted] Phone: [redacted] Email: [redacted] I eagerly await your prompt response. I recently purchased a QLink replacement phone around a month ago because my previous phone stopped working. However, the new phone is not functioning properly. It freezes constantly, the battery drains quickly even though I haven't downloaded any apps or taken photos, and it often drops calls during conversations. The buttons are overly sensitive and keep switching to airplane mode or mute. This situation has been quite problematic for me as I depend on my phone for work. I am exploring options for obtaining a different phone or a refund. My current email address is [redacted]

I need to report to the government program about my 32 medical conditions. I am unable to use my phone in emergencies, and when I contacted your support team, the supervisor hung up on me twice without solving my issue. My sister can be reached at [redacted]. This experience has made me late for my heart medicine, and I am very upset. If I do not hear back, I will escalate this matter to Lifeline Assistance and report your company for risking the lives of disabled individuals who rely on this service. Thank you, Betty Glenn.

I am incredibly frustrated with my experience. I have been struggling with using computers and have spent over an hour trying to reach a customer service representative. Last year, I applied for a smartphone through your company, but despite being eligible with DSHS, I never received it. A recent call stated a review was necessary, but I lack a phone to complete it. This situation is causing me extreme frustration as I urgently need the phone for my daughter's safety and our communication. I have been persistently trying to resolve this for a year, but there seems to be a misunderstanding, as I have not received any device from your company. Please, I urge your team to contact me at [redacted].
