YALL cancelled my service I didn't know this until I pay y'all for a replacement phone an y'all didn't send the phone but still took my money for the replacement phone .but y'all knew y'all cancelled my service but did say a thing to me about it .my phone broke I am on a fixed income I had wait to I got my check to order a new replacement phone .so I did pay y'all the $**.** for one on ********** .at the time I paid for the replacement phone but y'all did and still took my money .I tried tried contact y'all you just want talk no one .I want my **.** dollars back y'all took off bank card didn't send my phone .now you turn my Ser ice off an still kept my money DID NOT SEND ME THE PHONE .I NEED MY **.** SO I CAN GET ANOTHER' Z*SERVICE WITH ANKTHER COMPANY ..THIS IS * EMAIL I SENT YOU ABOUT THIS ISSUE.REFUND MY MONEY BACK TO MY CARX TODAY YOU are not taking my money I .cant an don't give money away .y'all need contact t me about this issue refund my $**.** y'all took for the phone you never ship Me I going contact my attorney Monday morning .now u read h me at this number no later then today by *pm ***)***-**** thank you ALEATHA Bright
