My phone has been malfunctioning for over a year now. It constantly drops calls and several apps frequently crash. When I contacted Slink about the issues, they advised me to get a new phone, even though mine was relatively new at the time. However, to replace it, I would have to buy a new one and be without a phone for approximately 10 days which was not feasible for me as I live alone. Last month, the situation worsened with every pre-installed app on the phone failing to work, including the dialer, preventing me from even making emergency calls. I spent $35.00 attempting to fix the phone, without success. Considering the unreliable service from Slink, I realized I could have switched to Metro for the same cost, where I could rely on a functioning phone that would allow me to call for help when needed. I require a dependable phone and service to ensure I can reach out for assistance when required.

I would like to request the cancellation of my service with Slink Wireless. I have encountered issues with the phone I received from them a year ago. Upon contacting Slink, they advised me to purchase a new phone, despite the fact that the phone was new when I received it. They also informed me that I would be without service until the new phone arrived. As an elderly woman living alone, this was not acceptable to me. Despite the problems with the phone, I tried my best to cope with it and refrained from expressing my frustration physically. Recently, the dialer on the phone stopped working altogether, leaving me unable to make calls, even in emergencies. I attempted to spend $35.00 to fix the phone to no avail. I have decided to switch to Metro PCS for a more reliable phone. Please proceed with cancelling my service with Slink Wireless at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

I did not authorize or create a Q Link Wireless phone account. I want to cancel the subscription under my name. The phone was shipped to an address that is not mine. My wallet, including my Social Security card and ID, was stolen, giving someone access to my information. This person, Wyatt S., managed to order and set up the Q Link Wireless phone using my details. The delivery address provided was his address at [redacted] Ogden Ave. When I called Q Link, the automated system confirmed the delivery to that address linked to the unauthorized account. I contacted the phone number associated with my Q Link account, Jordell R. answered, seemed surprised, then nervously asked who was calling, and abruptly hung up upon hearing his name.

I've been waiting for my Qlink phone number and have been using my friend's phone in the interim. However, when I received my Qlink phone, you mistakenly assigned my friend's number to it instead of giving me the correct number, which should be [redacted]. The website shows my friend's number as active on my account, even though I haven't received my Qlink phone yet. I need assistance in getting the correct phone number activated ([redacted]) and resolving this issue. Please contact me at the provided number to explain the situation and help me get my Qlink phone up and running as soon as possible.

I require assistance urgently. I am dependent on my phone as I don't have access to email. Although I signed up for a phone, my previous malfunctioning phone got disconnected. I urgently need a live person to assist me with my phone application, which is crucial for reaching my doctor's appointments. Lacking computer skills, I can't complete the application without a phone. You can reach me at my house phone [redacted]. In addition, my date of birth is 05/28/[redacted]. Please guide me on what further details are needed to finalize my application. As I can't go online, kindly leave a message on my answering machine and inform me how to proceed. Currently, I am relying on a friend's computer for help, and you can contact my friend via the email provided below.

Enrollment ID #[redacted]7: I need urgent help with my Assurance Wireless annual certification before my service gets suspended tomorrow. 1. My SNAP card copy has been approved. 2. Despite being asked for proof of ID, I couldn't submit it on the QLink website after logging in. It just shows my gov. benefits proof received. 3. I must keep my phone number [redacted]. 4. How can I contact a live person at QLink? 5. When do I cancel my Assurance service? 6. Should I still complete my annual certification with Assurance since I've provided the same info to QLink? I'm in a hurry as I don't have a working phone.

I need assistance reactivating my QLink service. I accidentally activated it on the wrong phone ([redacted]). I want the service back on that phone, not the one I am currently using ([redacted]). The latter phone should be on the ATT network. Please change the service back to the QLink phone in my name. I will provide payment details once necessary. Since the setup was wrong for the [redacted] number, I couldn't complete the payment process. Urgent help is appreciated. You can reach me at [redacted]. The QLink service should connect to [redacted]. Thank you.

Hello, I am having issues with my Qlink service. I was sent a new phone when I already have one and only one Qlink phone number. I received a message stating I have two accounts, and it seems that the wrong account was deactivated. I am feeling frustrated as I have received unhelpful responses after waiting 3 to 5 days for assistance. My current phone is not working, despite being fully charged. When I check my Qlink account online, it shows that I have minutes and an active account, but the phone does not turn on. I believe a resolution cannot be reached without speaking to someone directly as emails and texts have not been helpful. Please reach out to me at [redacted] for any real assistance. Thank you. Best, B.

I have provided Q Link with my driver's license, social security card, and SNAP proof, but I still haven't received my phone. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I've had no success. My status keeps switching from all documents approved to needing more information, even though everything has been verified. I have not received any notification that my phone has been shipped, even though the website indicates all my documents have been approved. When I call, the system cannot verify my identity, despite submitting my Washington state ID. The third-party used by Q Link is unable to assist, only providing resource lists of other companies. Contacting Q Link directly has also been a challenge, as I can't get through to customer service.

I've been attempting to reach out regarding my termination and requalification for the QMB program. After filling out the necessary paperwork, I am now eligible for QMB benefits, which cover Medicare deductibles. My services have been disconnected, and I urgently need to set them up again to contact my doctors. Please call me at [redacted] to arrange for the reinstatement of my services. I appreciate your assistance and apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your support in this matter.

My Q Link phone won't connect to the network to update itself, causing me to be unable to make calls or send text messages. I spoke to a representative who claimed that the cracked screen is the reason for the network issue, but I believe this explanation is incorrect. I need this matter resolved without being pressured into upgrading my phone since the problem lies with the Q Link network, not my device.

I purchased a Qlink smartphone to replace the basic flip phone provided by them initially, which was difficult to text on. Qlink offers the ZTE Z3001S model for $25.00, but it has been disappointing. Sending and receiving photos via text is impossible, and the phone design is inconvenient. During calls, if my cheek touches the screen even slightly, it either dials contacts, ends the call, or opens preloaded apps unintentionally. The phone is flooded with preinstalled apps that consume all the memory, impossible to delete entirely. Despite disabling some apps, they continue running in the background. Answering incoming calls is unreliable, and often calls get disconnected. Qlink's daily calls are bothersome even after blocking the number, as they still ring and hang up repeatedly.

I am requesting immediate cancellation of my services with Q Link. I believe Q Link is engaging in fraudulent behavior by keeping my account active despite my phone being nonfunctional since receipt due to overheating, lagging, and freezing issues. I have attempted to cancel my services, but have been unable to reach a live representative for assistance over the phone. Additionally, I did not recertify my phone since June [redacted], yet my plan continues to be refilled monthly under the false pretense that calls or texts have been made. I consider this fraudulent as the phone has not been in use at all. Moreover, I have received calls and emails from Q Link which I have ignored and deleted, only to have my number spoofed and used to contact my alternate number. This, along with the unauthorized activation of my account despite no recertification, constitutes fraudulent behavior. I demand the immediate cancellation of my account, as failing to do so will lead me to take legal action to address these fraudulent activities.

I have submitted all the necessary documents for my Q Link Wireless Lifeline phone with Enrollment ID: [redacted]0. I would appreciate an email confirming my approval as the status still indicates that documents need to be submitted, even though I completed that process a week ago. Thank you for your attention to this matter and I kindly request that you resolve this issue promptly. It is important to have a functioning check status feature for Q Link Wireless to indicate when documents have been received.

I've been experiencing ongoing issues with my Q Link phone, which is around 3 to 4 years old. The phone is extremely slow, the microphone hasn't been working for a year and a half, and charging it to [redacted]% takes 3 full days due to a bad connection. Additionally, I have to rotate the screen mid-message to type certain letters, and it only stays on for 3 to 5 minutes before going to a black screen and needing to be restarted. I've contacted customer service before about these problems and I'm kindly requesting a replacement phone as it is essential for me to have a functional device. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am experiencing severe technical issues with my Qlink phone. I am certain it is defective and I am requesting a replacement phone. I understand there is a $25 fee for this, but these problems have been persistent since I first received the phone. Despite being a free device, the constant frustrations are overwhelming. One major issue is the inability to run more than one application at a time, preventing me from multitasking effectively. The screen often turns off while typing, resulting in errors. Additionally, the phone frequently prompts me to "Sign Into Network" and freezes, requiring me to restart it multiple times. The lag and overheating make basic tasks challenging. I have been patient with these issues since day one but now request a properly functioning phone. Please assist me with a replacement.

I accidentally broke my phone and was unaware my service was turned off, despite ordering a replacement phone on 11/04/[redacted]. I paid $25 for the new phone, not realizing my service had been disconnected. I urgently need a refund to my bank card for this amount. Being on a fixed income, it was unfair for the charge to be made without notice. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue as I no longer wish to continue service with this kind of treatment. Please process the refund immediately. Thank you for addressing this matter. My Q Link number is [redacted] and my name is Aleatha Bright.

Hello, My name is Jeff Pennington. I have been a qlink wireless customer for a while now. Lately, my phone has been freezing up and not functioning properly. When I tried to call for assistance, my phone suddenly died in the middle of the call and won't turn back on. I had to ask my son to email as I couldn't call due to an error message. Can you help me get my phone replaced at no extra cost? I have only used it to contact my family. Jeff Pennington [redacted] Highway [redacted] N.E. I tried contacting customer service by phone but was unable to reach a human to assist me. I urge you to understand the situation and contact me promptly for resolution. Thank you.
