Help with my Q Link Wireless issue
The issue in GetHuman-tjnonly's own words
I was trying to use the phone normally ... My ZTE phone number *** *** **** my name Tammy norling. The issue I'm having is that I cannot access my phone. I have not been able to get on my phone since the *st of November. It was Reloaded with **** minutes Etc. This number is on all the job apps I have recently submitted to companies. Could you please help me resolve this problem? Thank you so much

How GetHuman-tjnonly fixed the problem
After speaking to the ZTE customer service rep we decided to do a factory reset on the phone. So that's what we ended up doing cuz nothing else would work but that did work and I have my phone now very happy very very happy so thank you ZTE.
