TRYING TO SET MY PHONE UP TO WORK, OF COURSE!! ... I have been trying to get a q-link phone since August, so now I finally get one, got it activated and now I can not call out, receive calls or even get texts. I haVE PLEADED WITH PEOPLE TO PLEASE HELP ME BUT TO NO AVAIL, I STILL CAN'T USE MY PHONE, mY id * IS ********, MY NUMBER IS ***-*** ****, AS I STATED EARLIER, I AM DYING FROM TERMINAL PROSTRATE CANCER, I NEED THIS PHONE TO CALL MY Dr's AND MY FAMILY!! I DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY FOR A REMOTE SESSION, I JUST WANT TO BE ABLE TO HAVE THE SECURITY OF HAVING A PHONE IN MY LAST FEW MONTHS. iS THEIR ANYONE THERE THAT MAYBE HAS SOME COMPASSION TO PLEASE HELP ME OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE? dr"s SAY I HAVE LESS THEN * MONTHS TO LIVE.
