We signed up, sent proof that was asked for and have not received any further information. Tried to call and they said we still need to send proof of income. The income was Approved and it still says waiting for identification verification. We tried to send a copy of her driver's license and it won't allow us to. Tried to hit * to get a customer service representative and it will not connect us to one.
GetHuman1042552 did not yet indicate what Q Link Wireless should do to make this right.
