My phone was stolen by an acquaintance around 2 weeks ago, and despite numerous calls and 4 emails to customer service, my issue remains unresolved. The individual has depleted all my data for August, and despite efforts to retrieve the phone, they have moved states and are still using it daily. I urgently need my service to be shut down entirely, with the phone locked and rendered unusable once powered on. I am devastated as I have lost irreplaceable pictures of my children and grandchildren, along with important contacts and appointments. I am requesting a new phone, a number change, and the cancellation of my service. The prolonged lack of assistance has impacted my job, leading to reduced hours and financial strain. I cannot afford the $25 replacement fee and believe I am entitled to a complimentary replacement phone due to the service failure. This ongoing situation has caused me immense stress emotionally and financially. A prompt solution is imperative, and I urgently require direct communication with a customer service representative. I am having trouble logging into my Q Link account. I require assistance from a representative. Unfortunately, my wallet was stolen, and my information was used to apply for phone service with another company. On contacting Q Link, I was notified about the cancellation of my service. I have since contacted the other company and cancelled the unauthorized service. I rely on my Q Link free service and am pleased with their service. Please reach out to me via email. Thank you.

My service was cancelled more than a week ago because my phone was stolen. They terminated my service due to lack of a physical address and assured me that my phone would be shut off immediately after the cancellation. However, my phone is still on and being used by the person who stole it. I need this issue resolved quickly as promised, or I will have to take additional steps to protect my account. My phone's screen cracked when it dropped on concrete, making it difficult for me to make calls, particularly navigating automated systems. I recently signed up for the Q Link Wireless program and qualified, eagerly awaiting my phone. Upon receiving it, to my disappointment, I discovered a crack on the lower left part of the screen. Despite it being a free phone, I feel deserving of one in proper condition. Due to my very low income, I had to borrow a used phone from a friend. I urgently need a replacement from Q Link as I have to return the damaged one to my friend, leaving me phoneless. Your assistance in sending me a new phone would be greatly appreciated. My phone is turned off. I uploaded proof of eligibility, but it seems they have flagged my account. It shows that my status is "Lifeline Reactivation Eligible." However, when I log in, I can't get activation instructions. The website just keeps circling, and I can't access chat or phone support. There are no instructions available. Their email support is not helpful since they claim they can't do anything through email. I am stuck and unable to reactivate, purchase a new phone, or access anything on the website. What should I do now?

I received my Q Link Wireless phone last month but have been unable to activate it. Despite my attempts to contact customer service and activate my data plan today, I received a message stating my phone was deactivated by the government due to my SSI status. I am unable to reapply until September 30th. As a person with disabilities, I rely on this Lifeline phone. I urgently need to speak with a live representative to resolve this issue and regain access to my internet services. The phone allows me to make calls, but I cannot access the internet. I appreciate your help in fixing this matter.

Hello, my name is Nancy Webb. I recently received a Qlink Wireless phone with the number [redacted]. I have not yet been able to activate my service on it. I've been attempting to contact Qlink Wireless to resolve the issue. They mentioned that my service was terminated by the government and I can reapply after September 30th. I am a senior citizen receiving SSI due to disability and am puzzled by the situation. This Qlink phone is my only Lifeline service, and I do not have another phone from the government. I'm eager to get my new phone activated and would appreciate speaking to a person to assist me with this matter promptly. I believe I qualify for the service since I received my SSI check today. I have been voicing out my issue since last month without receiving any help. My name is Debra B Stelly, not Debbie Brunet. Please verify my information on my account. I was informed that I could reactivate my account using the last 4 digits of my ESN #AC018. I need my phone service restored as soon as possible. Despite numerous calls, I continue to encounter unhelpful Qlink representatives. Today, when I tried calling again, I was informed that the office was closed despite being promised otherwise. I have had no success in reaching a representative today. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received so far. Please advise me on how to reactivate my phone service immediately, as it was mistakenly turned off. I require my phone urgently, not in 3-5 days.

I am currently experiencing issues using my food bank address with my phone. I have been unable to upload my food stamps card picture despite being promised a link to do so. It has been three hours, and I have not received any information. Please respond to my emails before inquiring about my well-being. Customer service is also unreachable, making it difficult to address these issues promptly.

I have been attempting to report my stolen phone, but it seems Qlink requires the device to be off for 60 days before transferring service. I suspect someone is using my phone, and I'm unable to deactivate it. I would like assistance in activating a new phone without incurring a $25 fee. Additionally, I tried to switch back to another phone, but it is deemed incompatible now. I want the stolen phone deactivated to prevent unauthorized use. I find it frustrating that Qlink has not cooperated in deactivating the stolen phone or allowing me to activate a new one without the fee, as it goes against our contract terms regarding unauthorized use.

I believe my Blink Wireless account was compromised by a hacker who has also infiltrated my devices, including computers and phones. It seems the hacker may have even cloned my phone. I noticed that all my data for this month has been used up, and I suspect the hacker is monitoring my activities. I aim to purchase a new $25.00 phone from you, but I am hesitant due to these security concerns. Could you kindly email me an order form for the new phone? I intend to make the payment through PayPal to avoid sharing my bank details online, which the hacker could exploit. Please ensure to adjust my account settings to prevent any further unauthorized access. Once I have settled the payment, please include the login credentials with the new phone, along with a new password. For security reasons, I prefer the new password to be sent to my secondary email address at [redacted] Kindly refrain from sending it to my Gmail address. I also request that you block any suspicious calls from my account until this issue is resolved. I primarily use WiFi and not data, as indicated on my login page. Additionally, my Blink phone should not be associated with the tracking number [redacted], which suggests I am calling from a QLink phone. I am experiencing phone issues and I'm not sure why as there was no water or impact damage. I have been unable to speak with a customer service representative despite several attempts. I believe I have successfully placed an order for a replacement through the automated system.

I have been trying to obtain a Q Link phone since August. Finally, I received one, got it activated, but now I am facing issues - I cannot make calls, receive calls, or even get texts. Despite pleading with people for help, I have not been able to resolve this. My ID number is [redacted]2, and my phone number is [redacted]. As mentioned earlier, I am battling terminal prostate cancer, and I desperately need this phone to contact my doctors and family. Unfortunately, I do not have the funds for a remote session; I simply want the security of having a working phone during my last few months. If anyone out there could show some compassion and assist me as soon as possible, I would be extremely grateful. My doctors have informed me that I have less than six months to live. Please, I implore you to help me get this government phone functioning.

To Whom It May Concern, I lost phone service on [redacted] over two weeks ago. It appears to be related to a failure to re-certify with The State of Texas, which I believe is not the case. I received 3 text messages from the PUC over a few weeks prompting me to re-certify. I completed the automated re-certification by phone at [redacted]. Upon checking, the recording stated that I did not need to re-certify at that time. I have contacted the PUC three times, but have not received a response. I may have missed filling out a re-certification form online or via mail. This issue is new to me, and I am seeking assistance as I have a very low fixed income. Thank you for your help.

I had an existing account in the past, but my phone was lost or stolen when I moved over 2 years ago. Not completely sure what happened to it. I recently applied for a new phone with you (within the past 2 weeks), which seems to have linked it to the phone I haven't had for over 2 years now. I need assistance in getting a new phone through Q Link. I have faced various health issues in the past 2 years, including brain cancer and chemo, and I do receive Medicaid, so I believe I am eligible. I need assistance to reconnect my phone. I applied to both Q Link and Safelink but only have Q Link service. Safelink sent me a SIM card that is not compatible with my phone. I encountered numerous issues with qlink when I received my smartphone as it did not function properly. Despite informing qlink every month about the unused minutes due to the phone's malfunction, they insisted on me returning the phone, and later accused me of tampering with it, which is untrue. It has been over a year, and I am yet to receive a working phone. I sent money for a qlink phone via money order many months ago, but the phone never arrived. I am frustrated as I have not been able to utilize the minutes, texts, and internet data that qlink claims I have. Please expedite the delivery of the phone I paid for to the address provided at [redacted] [redacted] and a Half street, Zimmerman Minnesota, [redacted], as I spend more time there. I have been receiving calls from QLink for the past 10 years. Despite reporting my phone stolen during this time, I have never been able to reach a live person. I have tried emails and written letters to correct my birth year, which they keep insisting is wrong. I use a friend's computer as I can't afford one, just as I use a friend's phone due to mine being reported stolen years ago. It's frustrating that despite my efforts, the calls persist and there's no resolution. Contacting them has been a dead end with no email responses or actual assistance provided. It's unbelievable that a company as large as QLink hasn't rectified this issue in all these years. It's exasperating to deal with automated messages and lack of human interaction. I hope someone finally takes notice of this prolonged issue that has been going in circles for far too long.
