The issue in GetHuman967930's own words
I am trying to port my own phone number to qlink. I called qlink customer service from my qlink phone, got to the main menu, and chose option * to bring my own number. It said I had to call from a different phone to get the free number port, and that I would get live service.**So I called qlink from the phone I want to port the number from. Firstly the system wanted to identify that number and wanted me to enter my birth year to confirm. There was no option to say I was calling from a different phone, and I couldn't get any other menu let alone live support.
GetHuman967930 did not yet indicate what Q Link Wireless should do to make this right.
