My service was canceled - it says by me, but I did not cancel it. I don't understand how someone else was able to cancel my service or how it was done on accident - I was left stranded because my phone was turned off without notice and I was unable to call anyone for a ride. Now when I call, it says that my service was canceled by me and then I can't get past the same * prompts and it won't let me talk to a person. None of the prompts that they offer help me in any way. I want them to reverse the cancellation since I never canceled. I've been going crazy trying to figure out how to get service back. I even reapplied (because that is what the help center said to do if you canceled your own service but then wanted it back) - it now says that I'm eligible for reactivation (but that I don't qualify for a free new phone) when I login - it gives me * options but it doesn't allow me to do any of them. If I click on activate, it logs me out. I'd like to reactivate my phone and keep my current phone number of ***-***-****. I would actually like an updated phone and with what I have been put through this past week, I feel like I should be given one for free. I did try to purchase one, but it says that I do not have qlink service so the order could not be completed. I've tried calling from other people's phones as well and I can't get in touch with a person and I can't find any information about what to do in my situation. I've left about ** emails but haven't heard anything back. I have OCD and I have been unable to get my medication since I don't have a phone, so I've been obsessing over this day and night for * days and just becoming more and more frustrated. Please help - the reason I hadn't yet updated my phone was because I couldn't go without service for the period of time it would've taken for the new phone to arrive - now I'm wishing I had upgraded so at least this torture would have been for good reason. I don't know what to do. I have been able to talk to an actual person in the past - I don't know if they just aren't allowing it because someone cancelled my service? Please Please Please help ASAP - I'm not handling this well at all.

I finally was able to get a hold of a person. I had to use a neighbor's phone to do it. They must have been out for the holiday. They said that my service was cancelled on accident when I tried to switch to my own phone a while back - I don't understand why it took so long after to be cancelled but they were able to either reactivate my phone or I was given the option to pay $** for an updated replacement phone. My new phone is supposed to be here in *-* business days. Until then, I'm still stuck without a working phone.
