Talk to an agent ... I called Lite up Texas and Lifeline and answered all their questions and they said I'm good to go. Then I called Qlink and re-certified and she said I should have my minutes within ** minutes. My phone is still working but When I login it still says my service is cancelled. I CAN'T GET A LIVE PERSON ON THE PHONE AND THEY KEEP SENDING ME EMAILS TO CALL THEM.*I just want to know how mant minutes I have.
I can't reach a human
updating their records and have an option to speak to someone!!
Have been using Qlink Wireless over * years and sometimes buy extra time from them.
tried email and my other phone and my qlink phone. nothing helps
