I must have a phone as I currently have no phone access and will be in the hospital for surgery and my family is not near me.
What could they possibly not realize. Yes or no can the phone and the plan be reinstated. Simple enough. Not covered in all their web site info.

Have not been a customer very long and I was changing my life completely which has been overwhelming. In closing my business and moving things around I couldn't find the phone and when I did it seems it is past the ** days. Does this ever happen to anyone else ? I thought Qlink was my best choice until I can get back to employment. I have had one surgery and another one is due next week and I have no phone. Does anyone care? I guess not.
