trying to find out why my account was not updated . I have called, and also written a letter. ... Ordered my replacement phone on **th of April and still have not recieved it,and it is **th of May. I sent new address with check ..My phone after weeks has ended in Lawrenceville Post Office at my old address. I even Called and updated address over phone.Never had service problems like this with your Co.Please email at *****@***.com and let me know what is happening .Been also trying to reach po and UPS with trac * and no luck..I need my phone ,please.
All they had to do was send me an email as they had always done if they were having a problem with account for any reason ,but I was told my information was updated only my phone replacement went back to an old address ,this was after the letter and phone call. Im still waiting a month and a half later.
By , replacement dept. making sure they read enclosed letter. for processing. so they do know the new address, and any other new info you are sending them , so the files get up dated . I worked in shipping and receiving before and we always pulled up a person file when they sent in merchandise . we checked if addresses matched so there were from same file...If not we called or emailed that person to verify but I also sent a letter stating I moved and to please updated y file.
After numerous calls, emails,I'm taking it one person and day at a time..
