PIN on Account, Name of Account Holder, Phone Number, Email on Account, Billing Address, and Last 4 of Social Security

I tried to purchase a bundle plan and the purchase did not go through. I tried several times and still payment*purchase would not process. I am disabled and can not be without a phone in case of emergency. Then, new minutes were put on my phone (i was trying to purchase unlimited minutes ***mb data) I was never contacted by customer service in regards to the issue. So, because of this problem, I am going to be added to my sister's account. I also need to know if I am able to keep*transfer my number to the new carrier.
GetHuman-caliko did not yet indicate what Q Link Wireless should do to make this right.
