I am feeling incredibly disrespected by the situation with my new home. Here are some of the issues I have encountered: 1. The ceiling has patchy paint. 2. The landscaping is poorly done with unevenly spaced plants. 3. The grass is in bad condition. 4. The microwave stopped working after only 8 months. 5. The cooking range malfunctions occasionally. I have tried discussing these problems with the team, but the process has been problematic from the beginning. Our closing was delayed by a month due to ceiling issues, and I have received false promises and incorrect information. Despite my concerns, I am only met with a scripted response stating that Pulte will address the issues under warranty but does not compensate for repairs or delays. I am not looking for compensation; I simply want the frustration and inconvenience my family and I are facing to be acknowledged and resolved. This house represents a significant investment for me, and I have yet to enjoy living in it. As a professional in customer service, I always ensure that our clients receive the best possible service, regardless of the value of their purchase.

My spouse and I bought a house in Lake Worth, Florida, at the Field Development in November [redacted], and we have been facing air conditioning issues since day one. We are now dealing with our third set of coils, and despite reaching out to various individuals within the company, I feel that no one has effectively addressed and resolved the problem. The electrical expenses have substantially increased, and we have submitted approximately eight service requests regarding this matter. Recently, my spouse tried to contact Mr. Kanarek and we have also attempted to reach out to Boris Roca in the last week, but unfortunately, we have not received any assistance. We have a trail of emails and text messages with our community service representative, yet no significant progress has been made. This ongoing situation is incredibly frustrating, and we deeply regret the decision to purchase this house. What was meant to be our forever home has now become an enduring issue that seems to be continuously disregarded. It seems like a compelling narrative for our local news to share how a large corporation is neglecting two hardworking educators in our community.

Hello, I am Cathy L. of [redacted] Tree Side Lane in Del Webb. I am seeking assistance regarding an issue with the recycled water station at my residence. On Nov. 22nd, there was a significant flood due to a broken pipe, leading to a stream forming in the gully near my property. After alerting the Warranty Call center, they promptly sent a technician to address the situation by shutting off the water supply. I was assured that I wouldn't be charged for the water leakage, but I have yet to receive any documentation confirming this incident. Despite requesting verification from the lawn maintenance team, they were unable to provide it. Despite reaching out via email to [redacted] on Nov. 26th, Nov. 3rd, and leaving a voicemail on Dec. 10th, I have received no response. Additionally, my attempts to contact Heather Montgomery have been unsuccessful. I am anxious about the lack of communication and the unresolved hole in my backyard, fearing potential future issues during the warranty period. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I have lived in my home for nearly four years since purchasing it in [redacted]. Despite this, the annual inspection has never been completed. Over the years, I have had six different contractors work on my home, resulting in a total mess. Drywall paste from work done two years ago still plagues my home, alongside mud and dirt stains on the carpet. Careless contractor work has led to damage to my furniture, electronics, flooring, and clothing. Electrical issues remain unresolved, and a water hose was broken by a Pulte contractor, resulting in a $1,[redacted].00 lien on my home due to unpaid wages. Despite promises from Pulte's case manager that the work would be professional and safe, our home was left in a state of disarray by contractors. We have been facing ongoing issues since we purchased the home, such as flooding near the creek behind our home and undisclosed elements like a large electrical box and a street light on our property. We have been patient in trying to resolve these issues, but if a satisfactory resolution is not reached, legal action may be necessary.

Hello, I am Iuliia Mytrofanova. I sent a message with inquiries regarding my case on February 24th, but I have not received any responses yet. My message includes a repair plan for approval and reimbursement from Pulte for repairing water damage in my attic. It involves removing damaged insulation, drying wet areas, sanitizing, replacing drywall, painting, and more. I also request approval for a hotel stay for my family during the repairs. Although Jason Franklin from Pulte has been helpful, I am concerned about the lack of response from the office regarding my house's condition and my family's health due to mold. I am eager to proceed with the repairs once I have the necessary warranty response. Thank you, Iuliia Mytrofanova

There are numerous issues to address regarding Brian's handling of coordination between problems, contractors, and clients. The communication was severely lacking, and what initially began as a clear list of warranty repairs four months ago remains unresolved. Some repairs require redoing, and others have not even commenced. It's known that Brian is no longer part of Pulte, and I sympathize with the person stepping into his role. Many in the community share similar concerns and experiences. I kindly request the new representative to reach out to me promptly. Roger Dobbs [redacted] Nantucket Row Del Webb Chateau Elan
