Hello, I entered the PCH sweepstakes and was fortunate enough to win $1,[redacted],[redacted] from a black gold scratcher. I promptly submitted it to qualify for the November 4th draw of $10,[redacted] a week for life. However, I have not received any updates regarding this. I have pictures of the scratcher before mailing it to PCH. I would be grateful for any assistance in this matter.

I recently sent a letter to your corporate office expressing my desire to discontinue my involvement with your company. Along with the letter, I enclosed a check for $14.76 to settle any outstanding balance. It appears that the check has not been processed yet, but I have already returned some orders and made new purchases. I am completely done with all dealings with your company. My name is T.C. While I acknowledge that sending a check with a feedback letter may not have been the standard procedure, I was eager to end my association with your complex process. I have faced disappointment and frustration, with one purchased item not functioning properly. I have confirmed with my bank today that the check has not been cashed by your end. I contacted customer service at the [redacted] number regarding an item that was delivered to me yesterday (order #3[redacted] [redacted]). The customer care representative I spoke to informed me that since I did not place the order, she had canceled the charge from my account. She mentioned that I did not need to return the item. When I inquired about her name, it was unclear, and when I requested her to spell it, she refused. I then requested to speak to a supervisor but was placed on hold with music playing for approximately 30-35 minutes before disconnecting without further assistance. I am looking for a PCH representative to confirm that the issue has been resolved and to advise if there are any additional steps required. Thank you for your attention.

I recently received a call from someone claiming to be from PCH, saying I won a car and $[redacted],[redacted]. They offered to deliver the car for a $[redacted] fee. I requested the car to be delivered with the check. When asked to go to the bank, I mentioned needing a ride, which seemed to upset the caller who then hung up. They mentioned a large check that couldn't be mailed but needed to be brought with the car. The caller had my full name and address, and mentioned documentation would come with the check. Unclear about when I would receive the check. After the call, I contacted PCH to report the incident. The caller had an accent possibly from India, but I cannot recall more details. - Louise O.

I receive numerous emails from various PCH titles and I am unsure about their legitimacy. Despite participating in tournaments and games for months, I have only accumulated tokens, currently over 4,[redacted],[redacted]. Do you actually award cash prizes? I am in urgent need of money as my only income is $[redacted] from social security monthly. I have a student loan debt exceeding $70,[redacted] in forgiveness status due to financial constraints. Additionally, I require reconstructive oral surgery following cancer treatment, not covered by Medicare, potentially costing up to $50,[redacted]. I ordered a product three months ago, but it never arrived. After being promised a replacement order, I still haven't received anything. Despite multiple emails to your company, I've been ignored. I have yet to receive any response. I am specifically requesting a replacement case prior to making payment, otherwise, I will return the product. I urge you to promptly arrange for a replacement case and provide me with a delivery date. Alternatively, please furnish return instructions. The subpar quality of the item is disappointing, but what's more disheartening is the extremely lacking service from PCH.

I recently bought two items from Publishers Clearing House. I did not realize that I would be charged $5.99 for shipping on each item. Each item was only $11.96. This means I paid over half the value of the item for shipping. I considered returning the items, but with the shipping and handling back, I would end up paying more than the original cost. This is unacceptable to me. I will no longer purchase anything from Publishers Clearing House. I can find the same items on Amazon for a similar or lower price with no shipping fees. Additionally, Amazon allows for free returns if needed. It's unfortunate because I have been a customer of Publishers Clearing House on and off for the past 40 years, but I will no longer be doing business with them. Sincerely, Debbie D.

I have been receiving your emails prompting me to enter. When I tried calling, I kept getting transferred to customer service only to be met with a busy signal before reaching them. I placed an order online on 7/6/18, and I received an email confirming my order with a promise of another email verifying the shipment. As of today, 10/22/18, I have not received any shipping confirmation nor the merchandise. Publishers Clearing House is inquiring why I haven't placed another order since then, but it doesn't make sense to order if my initial purchase has not been shipped. Thank you. - Vern Scheuring

As an Elite VIP, I have not been able to access the PCH daily emails since my computer stopped working on Oct. 20th. When I attempt to visit the PCH website, I am encountering messages like "web site cannot be reached," "error [redacted]," or "bad request - request too long." I am worried about missing out on responding to the emails during these difficulties. I have diligently participated in all PCH correspondence, including the upcoming [redacted] contest, and I am concerned about being disqualified due to technical issues. I would like assistance in ensuring I receive credit for the days I could not participate and I hope to resolve this before the winner is announced on Oct. 26th. Thank you for your help.

I am really frustrated with the lack of communication and rewards from you. I have been a loyal customer for over three decades, yet all I seem to get is requests for money. I have submitted numerous entries on time without fail but have received nothing in return. It is disappointing to see the absence of appreciation for my commitment. I recently purchased two loofahs from your store. Unfortunately, I am unable to use them due to my Parkinson's condition affecting my arm movement. The loofahs are unused. On another note, the bath brush I bought from you works well. I would like to return the loofahs for a refund since I have already paid for them. I recently reached out to PCH regarding issues with the communication, specifically related to missing labels in the materials received. The outer message of the envelope referenced a Sworn Statement and the Final Winner Selection List, yet the Final Winner Selection List label was not included. This missing label is needed to complete Part A of the Official Entry Validation And Order Form. Additionally, Part C lacks the label for the Bonus Prize Numbers, hindering my ability to validate my entry and utilize the 5 Free SuperPrize Numbers granted as a bonus. In Part B, I requested a Platinum Premier Savings but encountered difficulties with the Super Prize Number provisionally added to the Final Winner Selection List due to the missing label. Despite reviewing the materials multiple times, crucial items are absent from the mailing. Being a loyal customer, I am very disappointed by this situation. I am constantly accessible at [redacted], as I am homebound. It's vital for me to receive assistance in completing the Official Entry Validation & Order Form before the deadline on 2/28/19.

I did not order anything from this company. However, I received a mop in one box, a patch kit in another, and a set of pots and pans in a third box in December [redacted].
