I paid my unit on ******** in full with autopay. The next day I recieved an email that autopay was not accepted. So I then called my direct express card for my SSDI payment and it was not put back on my card. So I took the last of my money off the card to pay in person and the manager tells me I'm paid up until ********. Ok good can you print me a copy of that because I never received any email stating that. She couldn't print it up. This all took place on ********. So Today which is ******** and can't gain access to the gate. So I call to ask why was my access denied? They tell me autopay didn't go through again and was refunded. Now I had the same problem with them last month, same issue. Now they are telling me I must come pay it or else? I'm at my witt's end with public storage **** Seminary Drive, Fort Worth, TX *****. Please help, I don't know what to do?
