If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.
The issue in GetHuman-dogcatc's own words
I changed my account from the $** account to the $** account. Now I can't use the phone because a voice says my account is suspended because of no payment. I have auto pay set up. When I look at my account on the Public Mobile web page it says I owe ZERO DOLLARS. So I try to make a call again I am told my account is suspended because of lack of payment. I try to pay on the phone but my account has been suspended because I owe them money.THE WEB PAGE SAYS I OWE THEM ZERO DOLLARS. I am going in circles. WHAT IS THE PHONE NUMBER SO I CAN TALK TO A REAL PERSON at Public Mobile?
