I bought a $** add on for more data last month and still had not access to the internet. I currently have $* and change on my account and cannot apply it to buy an add on for my data. I would like the equivalent of the two sums used towards more data on my phone. My phone is the only access to the internet I have. I currently have a cast on my foot and to solve this problem had to walk quite far to a computer place just to resolve this problem. My telephone * is ***-***-**** Clair Herrington. I have been a loyal customer for some years but have had increased problems with your service with no customer service team. I would like this rectified ASAP! Once again I will have no access to the internet this weekend and will probably change my service provider if this is not rectified.
