I signed up for automatic withdrawal with public mobile at the end of summer and ended up switching phones and getting a new phone plan. I was told by one of your employees that I would just have to leave it alone and they won’t continue to take money out the following months. As I checked my bank account $**.** was taken out and I’ve been with my new phone plan paying $** and can’t afford to lose that money for a service I am not using anymore. If you could cancel my plan and reimburse me my money it would be very appreciated.
