I changed my plan from unlimited texting and phone calls at **$ per month to one with unlimited texting and phone calls AND *GB of data at **$ per month on the **th September at ** pm. I haven't been able to make calls, text message or use my mobile data since then. It says the mobile network is not available. I would like you to fix it so that I can make phone calls, send text messages and use my mobile data as indicated in my new plan.
GetHuman-nidaafa did not yet indicate what Public Mobile should do to make this right.
