I have requested to reset my password several times, each time using my current email address and answering the security question. Eventually I receive a note giving a web address which should allow me to access my account. The promised email is usually many hours later and when it arrives I follow the direction and a page opens advising that the page has expired.*Now I have a message thanking me for my monthly payment although the amount charged is larger then last month.*I have lost patience trying to sort this out.
GetHuman-braumg did not yet indicate what Public Mobile should do to make this right.
