There is only one way to solve billing issues with PUBLIC MOBILE when you can not talk to anyone they claim that all the information on the account is wrong and does not match you check your account and the information is correct. you are unable to talk to go through it so it can not be rectified THER IS ONLY * SOLUTIONS LIVE WITH THE BILLING ERROR OR CHANGE PROVIDERS

CORRECT A BILLING ERROR ... tell number ***********billing error account shows billing amount ***.** was billed ***.** the * dollar discount was added to the *** instead of being removed I have been trying to solve this for over a week provided information requested as i could not remember my pin and can not get a response or a solution.
UNABLE TO TALK OR CHAT TO SEE EXACTLY WHAT THEY THINK DOES NOT MATCH ON YOUR ACCOUNT THEY JUST KEEP ON SAYING THE INFORMATION DOES NOT MATCH SO HOW THE **** DO YOU RECTIFY IF YOU DO NOT ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THE ERROR IS
I PERCEIVE NO WAY TO RESOLVE THIS WITHOUT A VERBAL CONVERSATION AND THAT APPEARS TO BE IMPOSSIBLE SO AM JUST GOING TO LET THIS RIDE AND CHANGE CARRIERS
I USED THE SERVICE PAYED BILL ON TIME THIS WAS MY FIRS PROBLEM AND NO WAY TO RESOLVE OTHER THAN CHANGE CARRIERS. AFTER READING THINGS ON LINE I THINK THIS MAY BE THEIR END GAME TO REDUCE THE CUSTOMER BASE ON PUBLIC MOBILE AND GET THEM TO SWITH TO MAYBE KOODO BUT BOTH ARE OWNED BY TELLUS SO WHY WOULD YOU THINK THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD BE ANY BETTER
