TWO ISSUES:***) Order *GS.****-****-**** - On checkout it indicated delivery of the Pixel *XL would be Dec * or *. As we depart on vacation on December ** and will not return until January *, if the phone delivers after December **, I will not be able to meet the activation terms of the Travel Promo. How will this situation be fixed?***) Order *GS.****-****-**** - Also, I ordered activation for my wife’s phone, but did so via my email. I called in the day of the Travel Promo, to confirm that this was correct in order for my phone and hers to be on the same plan. I called the evening of the Travel Promo and waited on hold for more than ** minutes (though it indicated the call would be answered within ** minutes). It was after midnight when finally gave up. That same night I submitted a contact form asking this same question. When I received no reply, the day following the promotion, I called in again and was advised that the order had to be placed via her email and then the accounts combined. I was told that because of this the $*** service credit would not be honored. Now, if I read correctly at https:**support.google.com*fi*thread*******?hl*en the $*** service credit will be honored if all other requirements are met. It sure should be! If customer service could have answered my question on the day of the promotion, I could have re-placed the order for my wife’s phone correctly that day. Google Fi’s lack of customer service should not be made my problem. Please allow my wife to sign-up, comibine our two phones into a single account, and honor the $*** service credit due.
